Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Returns and exchange details
If an item has been made to your specifications with personalization and you are simply unhappy with your order you must contact us within 5 business days. We will take all of your concerns into consideration at this time and make a fair and reasonable decision on the best way to handle your return. In most cases you will be responsible for the shipping to return the product to us and then will receive a partial refund or store credit.

If you have placed an order that did not include personalization and you are simply unhappy with your order you must contact us within 3 business days and return your package to us within 7 business days for a full refund of the cost of the goods. You will be responsible for the shipping costs.
We accept PayPal, Etsy Gift Cards and credit cards.
**NOTICE*** USPS is experiencing a delay with delivery. The processing time for an order is 5-7 business days and is then shipped USPS First Class with tracking. We can not guarantee a delivery date once it is shipped due to the USPS delay. Some packages have been arriving just fine, and others taking a few weeks. THANK YOU for your patience, understanding and grace during this time.

SHIPPING: We use USPS for shipping. Once you receive notification that your order is ready to ship, your package should get to you anywhere in the US in 2-5 days, to Canada in 8-11 days and to anywhere else in about 2 weeks. You do get a tracking number to follow your package. Please understand that these are the shipping timelines provided by USPS. Once a package leaves our hands, we are no longer in control of the timing. Please allow yourself some wiggle room.

POSTAL DELAYS: Beyond purchasing the correct label and delivering the package to the post office in a timely manner, we cannot be responsible for the postal service. If the package takes longer to deliver than it "should" according to the USPS policies, that is an issue to address with your local post office.

DAMAGED ITEMS: If your item arrives to you broken or damaged in transit, please send us a photo to document. We will replace the item if it was broken or damaged by the postal service as long as we receive notification within 5 days of the USPS delivery date.

LOST IN THE MAIL: Although we cannot be responsible for the postal service, we do want you to end up with a lovely gift. We will replace your order at no charge if the tracking number does not show as "delivered." An item is declared as "lost in the mail" if there is no activity on a tracking number for three weeks for US orders. International buyers order at your own risk, we take no responsibility for lost international packages.
If a package is marked as delivered to your address and you can’t find it (stolen, misplaced, etc.), please contact your Post Office. I can not replace an item that is marked as delivered to the address provided.

CUSTOMS DUTY CHARGES: Please be aware of your country's customs import allowances and restrictions. As the importer, customs import duties/fees are the customer's responsibility. We are not able to pay these fees in advance from the US. If you wish to calculate possible import fees, you can use this site:
