Returns and exchanges
Upon arrival, if item appears to be damaged due to shipping or there is anything unsatisfactory with the craftsmanship (size, color, etc.) that is contrary to what the item was described, please contact us immediately and we will happily sort it out.
If buyer decides within 7 days of receiving the item to return the item and it is not damaged due to shipping, the buyer is responsible for return shipping. A refund for the payment of the item, minus the original shipping cost, will be issued once the returned item is received.

After payment is received, orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days. Custom orders will be shipped within 1-2 weeks.
USPS is used for all shipping. The shipping fees are listed with each item.
