Shipping costs, however, are not refundable, and you will need to send back the item at your own expense in order to receive a refund for the price of the item. For items that were offered with free shipping, the actual cost of our shipping (through USPS) will be deducted from the refund. If the item never makes it back to us or arrives damaged when it was not previously, a refund may be denied.
IMPORTANT: International buyers (especially those in the UK) should be aware that they may be required to pay customs / import fees in their home country before they're able to collect their package. Seller is not responsible for these fees in any way, and may charge a restocking fee of 20% on any items that are returned by the post office due to the buyer's failure to pay such fees.
Likewise, if an item is returned due to a buyer's failure to collect it from the post office or provide an accurate address, a restocking fee may be charged. Custom items will not be refunded.
