★ Canada: Regular mail through Canada Post–no tracking included, but you can upgrade to include tracking at checkout. Standard delivery time is 1-2 weeks. Please understand that if you do not add tracking this shop is not responsible for lost or delayed packages.
★ United States: Tracked package through USPS. Standard delivery time is estimated 1-2 weeks.
★ International: Tracked package through Asendia. Standard delivery time is estimated 2-6 weeks.
★ Sticker only purchases: Regular mail through Canada Post–no tracking included. To Canada, estimated 1-3 weeks. To US, estimated 2-4 weeks. International, estimated up to 6 weeks.
★ Please be aware that during current circumstances with Covid-19, all estimated times may not be met and your package could be delayed by several days. All shipping times are ESTIMATES. That being said, many packages have made it to their destinations with minimal to no delays.
★ Please ensure that your address is correct when checking out. I will not be held responsible for items shipped to incorrect addresses on file. I am also not responsible for any customs fees that may be incurred upon receipt.
★ Once the item is shipped I will not be able to make any changes or additions to your order, nor am I responsible for any delays or problems caused by the shipping carrier. If there are issues with your shipment, I will work with you to help you find a solution.
★ Returns/Refunds: I do not offer refunds if the item has already shipped out until the item is returned to me. Return shipping costs will be the buyer's responsibility. If an item is flawed or defective, please contact me immediately so we can find a resolution.
