Welcome to Just a little Sparkle!

Hours are Monday-Friday 8am-5pm PST

Conversations will be answered within a 24 hour time period excluding weekends.

All items are designed by me using clipart and graphics that have been commercially licensed for small business use.

Colors may vary from online to your actual printed product. Your computer and monitor can affect how colors appear online and your printer can also affect the final printed colors. Please consider this information when making any digital purchase.

ALL my products are digital files only, nothing will be MAILED, only emailed.

Proofs (where needed) will only be provided after payment has been made

Terms of Use:
Resell my products as is (even if you've changed the color or size of the file)
Redistribute the digital files
Resell as clipart, borders, frames, etc..

I only accept payment through Paypal to pay for purchases through our Etsy store.

Due to the digital nature of the product please ensure that you are happy with your items before approving to the proofs. If I make any spelling/grammatical errors, I am happy to fix them but there are no refunds or exchanges once the files have been emailed to you.

Please allow 1-3 days to process your order. If you need something sooner, please convo me.

Orders will be emailed to your email address associated with your Etsy account you make your purchase from. If you don't receive the email after you've received the shipping notification, PLEASE check your SPAM or JUNK folder.
Refunds and Exchanges
I appreciate your business and want all my customers to be happy. Because all of my items are custom, your purchase can not be returned/refunded.

If you are unhappy with your the outcome of your order, please contact me and explain your concerns and I will try my best to work out the situation.
