Are the designs customizable?
The instant digital design items are only customized by special request and an additional fee. The items that require personalization ask for your information at checkout and the item is personalized by me.
Do you offer printing?
No, unfortunately at this time we do not offer printing. You can print at home, at a print shop, or via an online print service. THESE ARE DIGITAL PRODUCTS. YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE ANY PHYSICAL ITEMS FROM JUST BY JAIME.
What are the terms of use?
The purchase of items allows for personal use only. You may print as many copies of the files as you’d like for your household, but they are not to be shared with, printed for, or resold to others. Our designs aren't for commercial use. If you would like someone else to have the file, I encourage you to invite them to purchase from Just by Jaime.
What is the turnaround time on a custom edit to a design?
Depending on the design, the turnaround time is 1-5 business days. If you would like to know the turnaround time for specific item, please reach out to me through Etsy and I can give you a more specific time.
How do I download my purchases?
If it is an instant digital download, you will receive an email from Etsy with a link to download your files a few minutes after purchase. You can also go to your purchases link in your Etsy account to access the files.
If you are getting a customized file, I will first send you a proof for you to approve through Etsy messages once the custom file is complete. Once you approve the proof, I will upload the file to your account and you will receive an email from Etsy with the link to download the file. The time between approval of proof and receiving the file could be up to 1 business day.
Etsy recommends that files be downloaded through the website versus the app. Also, you can only leave reviews for digital items if they are downloaded thr
Do you give refunds?
Due to the immediate delivery of many of the items and the mandatory proof of customized items, refunds are not given.
I see that some of the listings are for printable cards. What do I need to assemble the cards?
You will need a printer, 20lb weight printer paper or light/medium weight cardstock, and scissors or a paper cutter. There is a pdf with instructions included with the download. All cards print on 8.5x11 inch paper and create 5x7 inch cards.
I see that some of the listings are for printable envelope templates with designs or that printable cards include a printable envelope template. What do I need to assemble the envelopes?
You will need a printer, 20lb weight printer paper or light/medium weight cardstock, scissors, and thin double sided tape or a glue stick. There is a pdf with instructions included with the download. All envelope templates print on 8.5x11 inch paper.
