A truly spectacular piece of pottery. Justin is one of the best wood firing potters there is and this fine little bowl is a perfect example of just how well he understands and utilizes his clays, slips and the entire firing process. Thanks Justin for another cherished piece to our collection.

Shop policies

Thank you for visiting my Etsy Store. All of my work is porcelain or fine stoneware fired to Cone 10 in either an Anagama wood burning kiln, or a Soda Vapor Kiln. My pottery is 100% vitrified, and very strong and durable.

Functional, wood fired, utilitarian pottery is designed to be used, so please enjoy years of use with my work. Due to the nature of the firing process, slight alterations in shapes may be possible. What some call imperfections, I call characteristics. I will not list, or sell work that is unacceptable and do my best to show the work with the included pictures. All measurements are approximate, and may vary slightly. Feel free to contact me prior to purchase to answer any concerns you may have.

All of my ceramics are made with lead free materials and are food safe.

Payment
I accept all credit card payments via paypal only. If your item is not paid for within one week, I reserve the right to cancel your transaction, and relist the item. Your order will not be shipped until your transaction is completed and paid for. If you prefer to not use a credit card or paypal I am happy to accept a personal check or money order. However please note that items paid for by check or money order will not be shipped until I have received the check and it has cleared with the bank. Please let me know in the comments section of your order if you choose to pay with a personal check so I can make note of it on your order that you intend to pay with a check.
Shipping
Please make sure your shipping address on Etsy is correct. This is the address I use for all my shipping. If you pay with paypal, I will use your paypal shipping address. If you would like your order sent to a different address than the one you have for shipping please leave me a note of where you would like it shipped in the comments section of your order or convo me with the address of where you would like it sent. I ship UPS ground, insured, signature release unless otherwise requested. If you prefer to waive the signature release, please let me know when you purchase your item. I am not responsible if you choose this and UPS leaves your package and when you get home it is not there. All items will be insured. I ship twice a week (on Monday and Thursday). The deadline to make it for the day's shipment is 9pm the previous day. If you would like something shipped sooner please let me know, and we can arrange additional payment.

I can ship to anywhere in the world. Please convo me to find specific rates to various destinations.
Refunds and Exchanges
I am very careful about packing items securely, bubble wrapped,double boxed and shipped in sturdy (sometimes recycled boxes). If there should be damage to any items I will replace the broken item if the cause was my fault. I will require a photo as well as a written description of the problem (this is for insurance purposes) and return of the item so that I can properly access the problem. Return shipping is to be paid for by purchaser. Please note a replacement can take several months if I don't have a similar item in stock (although I usually do). I fire the anagama 5-6 times per year, so this is why.

I would like you to be happy with your purchase. If for some reason you are not satisfied please convo me within three days of receiving your purchase and let me know (kindly please) what the problem is. An exchange/store credit for equal value of the item you purchased (minus shipping charges) can be made at this time. *This must be done within three days of receiving your item. The purchaser is responsible for all return shipping costs and will make sure the item is properly packed in its original packaging. Any damage or breakage in the return of the item is the sole responsibility of the purchaser and if such damage occurs, a refund or store credit will not be issued to the the buyer. I DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS, but will gladly exchange your item for another. Shipping costs will be the buyers responsibility.

I will take special orders (within my range of work only) and am happy to set up wedding registries as well. I do not sell on a consignment basis. I am taking on any new wholesale accounts at this time. I am open for show opportunities and select gallery representation so please feel free to contact me if this is your interest.
