Returns and exchanges
Here is the deal, if you are not happy with the purchase of a listed item you may return it.... however it needs to be shipped back to me and in excellent condition before I will refund your money. Also, I will only take refunds within 3 days of you receiving the item.

If it is a custom item I will only do exchanges. Please let me know what needs to be fixed and I will gladly do so!

If an item is returned the buyer will be responsible for shipping.

If I made a mistake and an item will be exchanged, I will certainly take care of the shipping costs.
I take check, money order and paypal.

If you opt for check/money order, once you purchase the item, I will need to receive the payment within 10 days of purchase. If I haven't received it by the 6th day I will try to contact you to make sure you sent it out.

It sucks when this happens, bur I can't be responsible for any payment lost in the mail and will relist the item after the 10 days if further arrangements have not been made. The best thing to do is convo me if something goes wrong and we will work it out.

If you should need to cancel a purchase you may only do so if I have not received payment, that is the point of no return my friend!

To cancel a purchase you MUST contact me as soon as possible through convo.
I use USPS for my shipping and go by their apx. rates for packaging and shipping. The post office is literally 4 blocks from my house, so i gotta use them.

Once I receive a payment I will ship out the item with in 3 business days, unless it is a custom item. If it is custom we will talk about your timeline and I will get it out to you as quick as possible!

For all you local buyers out there, shipping is optional. If you wish to come pick it up or meet, I will happily waive the shipping cost.

It is perfectly acceptable for an item to be shipped to an address other than the one on your account. If you would like me to leave a note for a gift please let me know!
