There is no guarantee any packages will be sent in time for Christmas if they are sent after the 18th.**
All packages are shipped with USPS.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: International packages take a long time to arrive (minimum 2+ weeks) , We have absolutely no control over what happens to a package once it has left the US. It is highly recommended that all international customers purchase insurance with their shipping and provide a phone number with the address. We cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged packages that have not been insured.

Frequently asked questions
Processing and Shipping Time
Once your order has been made, it generally takes 1-3 business days to process/pack.
For shipping times, actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.
Please note if you choose the standard shipping option, it is being mailed using USPS.
In general they have been decent, however they are not 100% reliable. Neko-Oi is not responsible for lost or delayed packages.
Please always make sure your address is correct and if you need to have a package tracked and delivered in a timely manner, please choose to upgrade the shipping option.
Can you provide a lower international shipping rate?
No, all shipping is through the United States Postal Service and they set their own rates.
Please note that the standard international shipping options do not come with tracking.
We are also not responsible for any Customs Fees that your country of residence may have in effect.

Where do you get your pins made?
I actually have multiple partners with whom I share my designs with to have Enamel Pins made.
I found these partners through research and have built a repertoire with them after difficulties in the past. I am hesitant to share their information and am not planning on doing so due to personal qualms I have.
If you are interested in making your own pins I strongly recommend doing your own research to find a company that is able to bring your design to life.
