Payment
I will accept US Postal Money Orders or Pay Pal ONLY. Please no personal checks, unless I have given you prior authorization and I am able to verify your account. There is a Washington State Tax on my items of 8.8% which I have included in my prices. I do not offer a cancellation policy on custom or commissioned work. I grant store credits on returns once they are recieved back in stock, these credits are only good for 15 days and only apply to stock on hand.

I require a 30% non refundable fee for custom or commissioned work, this is to cover materials or special colors or items not in current inventory. There is a no cancelation policy for these types of service. IF you have a deadline or date necessary I will do my best to get your order to you before that date, however, I do have a cut off period of October 1st for these types of orders due to my Holiday Bazaar Schedule, so please be aware of these dates.
Shipping
I use the USPS for most of my orders. I strive to keep my shipping charges reasonable. Shipping charges are at the market rates and there is a $5.00 packing and handling fee. If you require Insurance (I highly recommend this), or are shipping to Canada or Over Seas, the current shipping charges apply. You will also be responsible for any customs charges. I will attempt to confirm your order at your e-mail address once the package has been sent by providing you the insurance number of your order or any tracking number.
Refunds and Exchanges
I will gladly offer you a store credit on your item up to 30 days from date of purchase. Once the item has been received back in stock in 'as shipped condition'. You will have 15 days to make another selection. Any item lost or damaged without insurance will be at your own risk. I highly recommend you insure all your items for the full value. This is your only guarantee of refund, which is thru the USPS.

The return of custom or comissioned work is not permitted.
Additional policies and FAQs
I do not offer wholesale pricing as I strive to keeps my prices at their lowest possible cost. I will consign pieces of my work as long as there is a certificate of insurance naming my business or myself as payee for the items. I will not accept individual elements as repayment of the loss, without monetary consideration for my labor.

I will guarantee my work for a period of 6 months, normal wear and tear rules apply. The items will be your responsibility to ship, sorry no COD's will be accepted. The items will be repaired at no cost during the 6 months, however, shipping cost will be you responsibility. If, it is determined that the defect is the fault of the designer, the item will be remade, as long as the complete elements of the article are available and returned for re-design. If new elements are required the item will be remade at the designers cost and you will receive an E-mail as to what the costs will be for replacement items. there will be no labor charges for these items. All other labor is $20.00 per hour. If an item needs modifications (either larger or smaller), you will be billed for the additional labor and costs, if that item is made larger. If the item is made smaller you will be only charged a labor fee and either you may keep the extra elements removed or you may have the extras made into earrings at the designers discretion.
