Amazing HUGE chunk of beautiful Black Tourmaline! Store owner CJ has promptly posted all my orders and packaged them all so carefully. Dispatching Your Order
We always pick, pack and dispatch orders on Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays, sometimes we will dispatch outside of these timeframes.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking information via email or SMS.
We use Australia Post for all Australian Orders, if your tracking information does not update for US orders please check your tracking number is USPS.
We do not recommend getting any of your crystals wet.
It's very important to remember some crystals must avoid getting wet, cleaned in water or the ocean as they may disintegrate, rust or become toxic these include:
angelite, pyrite, fluorite, apatite, apophyllite, amber, azurite, celestite, selenite, turquoise, red coral, fire opal, moonstone, gypsum, calcite, kyanite, kunzite, angelite, tangerine quartz, opal, halite, malachite, hematite, ulexite, turquoise, lepidolite and labradorite,
NEVER ingest any crystal powders, tonics or elixirs etc made from gems, crystals or minerals.
ALL items purchased from our store is done so at your own risk.
Take great care when opening your package and handling as some items may be sharp.
Some rocks may be toxic so it is important that you do your own research prior to purchasing or handling any items.
All items we sell and provide to you are not toys they should never be left unattended or within reach of children or animals.
If you believe your item/s are lost or missing please contact us first and we will assist you.
Australia Post classify lost or missing item/s to be one of the following:
Domestic Items: 1 business day late.
Domestic Express: 1 business day late.
International: 10 business days late.
These timeframes can change depending on Australia Post.
Once these timeframes have lapsed we will initiate a lost item investigation with Australia Post.
Refunds for lost and missing items are provided by Australia Post at the conclusion of the investigation, we are unable to provide refund/s prior to this.
Just One More Rock cannot assume responsibility for any delays or delivery loss made by postage providers.
You are required to pay for ALL return postage costs as all items are your property, if any item/s are not returned in their original condition, you are responsible for any loss of value.
We do not offer refunds or returns on parcels being returned to us under the nature of a return to sender deliveries or unclaimed where you are liable for re-delivery.
Held, Seized & Returned Items
If an order is refused/seized/held/returned by your country, postal agency, law or customs enforcement for any reason, you are responsible for all return shipping expenses and any other additional costs/fines incurred, all items remain your property.
Please check local laws and customs websites prior to placing an order.
We will send you tracking information when your order is prepared you are responsible for tracking your parcel, failure to collect your parcel may result in your parcel being returned to Australia if this occurs you will need to cover postage.
We don't provide refunds or returns if your item is returned to us, is late or the sender as it remains your property.
You are required to pay for ALL return postage costs.
Order, Address Changes & Cancellations
Once your purchase has been dispatched we are unable to accept any changes, cancellations or address changes, no exceptions.
We reserve the right to hold or delay sending your order if your order/account or payment details have been flagged for any reason, we will contact you if this occurs.
If you provide the wrong address or fail to collect your purchases you will be liable for re-delivery costs.
What lighting do you use?
All photos taken are unfiltered natural light (generally full sunshine) so your crystals may look different in different types indoor and outdoor lighting conditions.
If photos are taken in artificial light this will be noted on the listing.
We take a massive amount of care when packaging and protecting all items as no one wants broken or damaged items.
We aim to use fully biodegradable or compostable packaging where possible, some items are unable to be wrapped with this so we may use plastic bubble wrap or envelopes.
