- please select the option 'customer fabric" when adding to cart.
- I recommend you send the fabric recorded/tracked postage to guarantee delivery.
- P&P is at the customers expense.
- Please ensure all fabric is clean & dry before posting and wrap the item(s) in a plastic bag before packing to ensure it gets to me in the same condition.
- Please ensure you enclose your personal details with your fabric in order for me to identify your order.
Processing time will commence when I receive customer fabric(s). I will confirm receipt & give an estimated dispatch date.
I am unable to offer a refund unless the finished item is found to be faulty.
