Returns and exchanges
Please note that linen fabrics may have slight variations when you first open your packaged shipment. If a print looks "crooked" just simply straighten out b/c sometimes in shipping, linen has a way of "moving around".
Please let me know if you need insurance added to your purchase. "jvw home" is not responsible for stolen or lost packages.
Buyer pays for shipping as specified. If shipping costs are not listed, then we must have your shipping address to give you a shipping estimate. Once we have a shipping quote & you've agreed to purchase, then we will send you a PayPal invoice. Once payment has cleared, we will ship within 2-3 business days.
If the item is not paid for within 3 days, the transaction will be cancelled, and the item(s) will be relisted.
I also accept personal checks from US customers. If paying by check, your item(s) will be shipped when payment clears my bank, which usually takes 3-7 business days from receipt. Please contact me to confirm that your payment has been sent. I will email or send an Etsy confirmation once your order is shipped.
NO merchandise will be shipped until payment has been received. I will ship your order to the address listed on PayPal. Please make sure it is the correct shipping address! The wrong address will delay your order.
Please review your purchase carefully because we do not accept returns.
Sales within Texas will be charged a sales tax also.
Average custom size orders of "in stock" fabric, will ship in 7-10 days.
Up to 2 pillow covers can be shipped to EU or Canada for a flat rate of $15.00.
Please convo me for a shipping quote for larger orders.
No shipping of pillow "inserts" internationally at this time, I apologize.
Buyer assumes all responsibility for taxes and /or duty fees imposed by their individual country.

1) "Do you offer a designer discount?"
Yes, we love working with other trade individuals! We offer a Designer discount of 10%. Please fax your credentials along with tax ID, before purchasing. Our fax # :
Once we have your information, we'll set up a custom listing for you.
2) " Do you make custom draperies to match or coordinate with the pillows?"
Yes!! We use a professional workroom that creates high end beautiful drapery panels. Let us know which fabric you're interested in and your window measurements. Unsure how to measure? Convo us and we'll send you info on how to measure.
We can provide a standard or blackout liner also.
We'll be glad to create a custom estimate for you.
3) "Why are there price differences on the same size pillows?"
Good question....the varying prices depend on the original wholesale cost plus the labor. Designer fabrics start at many different levels of wholesale pricing.
4) "I saw a pillow in your sold section that I love. Can I still order the same pillow?"
Most often yes. Depends on if the fabric is still in stock from the manufacturer. We try to sell only current lines, so that we can order more quantities on demand. Most of our resources ship the fabric to us within a week, unless backordered.
5) "How long will it take for a custom pillow or curtain panel order?"
Most orders take 2-4 wks maximum. If you need something rushed, our workroom can provide a quicker turnaround with a slight upcharge. Email us for a quote!
