Selling through juried art shows and a handful of galleries, I prefer to make jewelry to order so each piece is made with attention and intention. Thanks for taking the time to read over the small print. I want you to be thrilled with your purchase and the following information will ensure a positive transaction.

Returns and exchanges

I stand by my work 100%! If you aren't thrilled with your new piece...I want you to be! Contact me within 2 weeks of receipt and we can work out a refund or exchange. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

Payment

I accept PAYPAL as the only form of payment. Paypal is an industry leader when it comes to ease of use, convenience and reliability.

WA. residents will pay sales tax through PAYPAL.

Shipping

Once payment has been verified through PAYPAL, I will ship item in a classy, “gift ready” box and send it bubble wrapped and in a padded envelope via USPS First Class. Shipping costs are $3 for USPS Domestic and $6 for International USPS. International buyer is responsible for paying any additional export fees and taxes. You should receive your item in 1-2 weeks time.

If you would like Priority mail, Insurance, or Delivery Confirmation, just let me know. I can accommodate. The additional fees will be added to your payment at cost. (Over the years, I have found the USPS to be very reliable! I will not be held responsible for any items lost in mail.)

Wear and Care:

My jewelry can be 'refreshed' by gently rubbing a bit of paste style toothpaste over the metal with your fingers or a toothbrush. It's that easy. Just rinse well or the jewelry will smell mint fresh.
Pearls are tough, but avoid contact with chemicals or cleaning agents!
Although my jewelry is designed to endure, I recommend removing before swimming, hot tubing or exposure to chemicals as chlorine will darken sterling.

Wear your new JWT Designs jewelry with confidence! I take special care to design each piece to be durable and worn regularly.

Due to the nature of semi-precious stones, colors may vary slightly.
Due to the coloring process of sterling silver, darkened finishes may vary slightly.
