These earrings are elegant. They are stunning. The gold rings accent the green amethyst perfectly. The craftsmanship is wonderful. I highly recommend this seller to everyone.

Shop policies

Jylee Designs Jewelry is unique and handmade. Slight imperfections of size and stone color are a part of my designs. Expect some variations. I stand behind my jewelry. All jewelry is guaranteed against defective workmanship. Any jewelry damaged or broken may be returned for complimentary repair.
Payment
For credit card payments: I only accept credit card payments through Paypal. You do not need a Paypal account, you can use your credit card through Paypal. Please pay within 72 hours of your purchase or the items will be re-listed and your order cancelled.

For money orders and checks: All purchases are shipped within 3-4 business days and after all checks have cleared and deposited to my account. *I wait 10 business days for personal checks to clear.

Sales tax: For Georgia residents, an additional 6% sales tax will be added to your order.
Shipping
Most orders received Monday through Friday will ship within 3-4 business days of receiving payment and after all checks have cleared. (*see above for more info)
However, especially in the case of made to order, custom orders or intricate pieces, shipping may take as long as 1-2 weeks after an order. Please convo me if you have questions or need to expedite your order.

I ship within the United States via USPS First Class.

Shipping charges DO NOT include insurance, however I highly recommend it. If you would like your parcel insured please contact me so I can send an adjusted invoice reflecting the insurance.

All items are packed in a jewelry box within a padded envelope.
Refunds and Exchanges
I want you to be delighted with your purchase. If for some reason, you are not completely satisfied, I will be happy to exchange it or offer you a refund.

Refund Policy
Items must be returned to me within 10 days of receipt in the original, unused condition. All tags, cards, boxes and/or pouches must be included with the return.

Please email me BEFORE returning items. Please include the order number, description of the item(s) you’d like to return and the reason. I will send you an RA number as soon as possible. Note that I will not process returned items without an RA number.

Please be sure to insure return shipments due to the fact that I cannot accept responsibility for items damaged or lost during return shipping and cannot apply credit/exchanges if the jewelry is lost or damaged. Pack items into a sturdy box to help prevent damage.

All shipping fees are not refundable.

Provided your item(s) are returned in good condition, I will process your refund as quickly as possible. Please note that it may take up to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement. Your refund will be processed in the same method used to make the purchase.

***Custom Orders are NOT refundable - they will be "redesigned/fixed/restyled" to your liking.

If you receive the jewelry and it is damaged upon arrival, please e-mail me for exchange instructions.
Additional policies and FAQs
Again, I stand behind every piece I make. If it gets damaged or broken for any reason, send it back for free repairs! If additional gemstones are needed to replace ones that were lost or broken, there will be a small fee, but standard repairs are always free.

Please just ask if items can be shortened or lengthened and I will do my best to work with you.

Care of your fine gemstone jewelry:

Please do not submerge your jewelry in cleaning solutions. The proper way to polish your jewelry is to buff the metal surfaces with an appropriately treated silver or gold metal cloth. Gemstones can be buffed to a shine using a soft, non-abrasive cotton or satin cloth. Please remember, artisan made jewelry is not the same as mass produced jewelry you will find in retail chain stores. You are purchasing unique, handmade designs and they require a little extra care and attention. Keep your jewelry safe from the environment which can tarnish silver and weaken metal components over the years, particularly if left out in a humid environment. Care for your precious gemstone jewelry and you will enjoy it for many generations to come!
