Do you accept returns or exchanges?
I’m sorry but at this time kDelMulDesigns cannot accept refunds due to every shirt being made to order. Exchanges can only be made if items arrive damaged or defective and you notify our shop with in 7 days of order delivery. No refunds or replacements can be sent for damaged or defective items after 30 days of purchase date. Please check sizing information and purchase seriously.
Could I pay more to have my order sooner?
We certainly wish you could! However, in order to print a single shirt at an economical price to you we use a third-party printer/shipper. Once your order is submitted to their que it goes into their first-in-first-out process. Unfortunately they do not offer any expediting options to pass on to you outside of their guaranteed processing times which are what we use to calculate your estimated delivery times. If you place a bulk order of 10+ shirts we have more control over the printing and shipping times because we can oversee that process personally.
So you sell SVGs of your designs?
We do not at this time. Unfortunately kDelMulDesigns has been burned in the past with miss-use of digital files that we have allowed to be used so that has made us wary of selling digital files. We are hoping in the future to sell vinyl prints of designs for those who would like to make their own items with our designs.
