About

Handmade books and jewelry that bring cool, calm natural elements to your everyday.

Being outdoors makes me feel calm and inspired - each piece of my artwork has little piece of nature within in it.

I make books because putting pen to paper is both beautiful and therapeutic. The style of binding, and materials each one is made from are all carefully considered to suit the books unique purpose: journals and sketchbooks, notepads and even plant pressing books (which are awesome to carry on adventures)!

I love to create bold, colorful jewelry with wild and beautiful beads and crystals. My pieces are wire wrapped and often embellished with hand-sculpted clay beads and inspired by botanical loveliness.

As a young artist I always wanted to learn something new and try out other media: pottery, painting, drawing, photography, printmaking , jewelry, sculpture, video... This thirst for trying new things let me become a "Jack-of-all-trades", and today I feel lucky to have learned so many skills, as I tie them together via KA Books & Stones.

Impact on the environment matters to me - this means I am mindful of my actions and impacts both large and small. I am proud to offer quality artwork that often incorporates recycled and foraged materials.
