I stand behind all of my work. If you are unhappy or encounter a problem within 60 days I will happily work with you to ensure you are completely satisfied at no additional cost to you, my client. After 60 days, I will still work to ensure your satisfaction, but there may be additional minor repair or shipping fees associated with this process.

If, heaven forbid- your package is lost in the mail, I will either replace the order at no cost to you or refund your money promptly.

I will start packing your order when I have a confirmed receipt from PayPal confirming your purchase. If I don't hear from Paypal, or haven't received this e-mail within 3 business days of purchase, I will contact you via email, then cancel your order if I don't hear from you.

All domestic items are shipped with tracking and insurance, so that you and I both know exactly where your package is at any one time. If you would prefer a shipping method other than USPS Priority, please let me know, and I will be happy to ship your purchase any way that you would like.

I am now offering complimentary International Shipping to most countries. Please note that it may take up to 5 additional business days to fulfill my customs obligations before your item is mailed. I use complimentary first class mail for all orders, however I am willing to ship using international priority mail for $20.00 extra. Please convo me before making any purchase requiring extra shipping and I will adjust the listing for you.

Please note that Australia, Ireland, the United Kingdom, and Hungary are extremely sticky on the ways I can ship to these destinations. It is currently $45 to ship a jewelry package to Hungary, for example. However, I will still ship to these countries, but I cannot absorb the enitre cost of shipping. I will cover 1/2 the cost, which is reflected at checkout.

If shipping is cheaper than I expect, I will refund your shipping fees immediately.

I also offer free seasonal gift wrapping on all purchases. My themes are: flowers for the spring, bright colors for the summer, jewel tones for the fall, and black and silver for the winter. Please convo me before purchasing an item if you would like to choose alternate gift wrap colors.

I will process orders at the end of the business day on which I receive payment, which will then ship the following business day. I will convo the buyer within 24 hours with shipping and tracking details from receipt of payment. Please note that orders received and paid for on Saturday won't ship out until Monday.

As I occasionally have a life outside of my studio- I occasionally go on vacation. I do not close my shop during these times, rather I take my shop with me and mail as I can while travelling. So it might be an extra day or two if I'm on vacation- but I will of course let you know if this is the case.

Every jewelry item I list includes a lovely gift box, a Care of Your Art Jewelry pamphlet, and my business card. If you would like alternate gift wrapping options, please let me know, I will be glad to wrap to your specifications.
