5 out of 5 starsthere was an issue with the USPS, this seller did nothing wrong. In fact, because it appeared to be lost in the mail he offered to make me another one. It eventually arrived...a week after an email confirmed delivery!

Sides for list holder are cut with custom jig and table saw sled. -
Sides and top are attached with wood glue and pin nails for extra strength. -
Holes for list cutter are drilled with custom template. -
Finally the list cutter element is sharpened on strip sander.

Custom and personalized orders
We gladly accept orders for custom drawer and cabinet pulls. Please include photographs of the item you'd like us to make or reference the Kahoy Crafts product that's most similar. Accurate dimensions will greatly assist us in preparing an estimate. All payments will be through Etsy.
MINIMUM ORDER SIZE: 10 items per order, unless the customization is based on an existing product.
MAXIMUM ORDER SIZE: 30–40 items per order. While we do provide estimates for larger projects, orders for 100 or more items will depend on availability.
All sales for customized products are final.
Drawer Pulls (Center-to-Center)
The center-to-center measurement is the distance between the mounting screws. This dimension is important in situations where the drawer pull must fit into existing mounting holes.
Drawer Pulls (Finishing Options)
We can optionally finish all of our pulls in clear water-based polyurethane or shellac. Both finishes, although clear, will slightly darken or tint the wood. Shellac is more amber in color than polyurethane or "poly" for short.
The default “Unfinished" option is useful in situations where the customer would like to apply a stain or penetrating oil, and the part will be shipped as bare unfinished wood. We also ask that customers provide photos in situations where color matching is desired. We can't guarantee a color match, but photos will definitely aid us in the process.
White & Red Oak
We use a combination of Flat or Plain Sawn, and Rift or Quarter Sawn boards in a lot of our products. Rift and quarter sawn oak have a unique grain pattern with rays and other features that don't exist in plain or flat sawn. We are open to specific requests, but the lumber we get does vary and so it definitely will not all look exactly like the pictures.
Disclaimer (Drawer Pulls)
Kahoy Crafts stands behind its products and drawer pulls. We use the highest quality materials and hardwood. Although we design and build our products to last, we cannot guarantee performance when used improperly. Each drawer pull can support a load of 10 lbs, and should not be used in situations where greater strength is required. Our drawer and cabinet pulls are not designed for supporting the hanging weight of a child or adult, and should not be mounted in close proximity to the edge of a cabinet or in such a way that it would sacrifice strength.
How can I place an order?
A new listing will be created for all custom orders. Any order that isn't paid for within 24 hours will be archived. Please contact us with any questions.
Refunds & Exchanges
We can no longer offer refunds on made-to-order products like wooden drawer pulls, but all other products still have the standard 30-day return policy. All sales for customized products are final.
