Hello and Welcome to Kailee P.!

We are two moms who are longtime friends with a passion for business and children’s fashion. We have been friends for over 20 years and became very close when we worked together in design and product development for fashion footwear wholesaler. As each of us married and started our families, we decided to leave our careers to stay at home and be with our children. Fast-forward 7 years, we are still as passionate about shoes as ever, but now we’ve also discovered a love for some DIY.

It has always been a dream of ours to open an online shop that carries children’s fashion at reasonable prices. We believe in quality products for children and they should have the glitz and glam without breaking the budget. The name came from the names of our 3 daughters (at that time) combined…Kaitlyn, Haylee & Paige! Airin is now with 3 daughters of her own, and the youngest one is Lauren.

As we grew, many of you come and keep coming back for shoes for your little ones to wear for their special events. Soon after, we started to have more and more women asking for shoes to match the kids collection or shoes for their special events. So we now have expanded to also carry women shoes and it has been an AMAZING addition to our shop. We love being a part of your special day!

As owners, we are involved in developing our shoes from start to finish. Shoes which are listed on Etsy are embellished or altered by our hands to give additional sparkles, blings and glam! We believe we are offering a collection with the more sparkles, the better. We want you and your little ones to be the center of attention! :)

The name came from the names of our 3 daughters combined…Kaitlyn, Haylee & Paige. We want to make shopping for your special day and children from shoes a fun experience! We spend a lot of effort in searching for amazing shoes & accessories… and some are also handmade with love.

We collaborate and oversee in creating, line building and developing our shoes. We work with a small footwear company to produce our shoes and additional embellishments and/ or other components are handmade by us. All our products are shipped from our studio and each pair of shoes are personally inspected by us for quality control.

As Kailee P. grows, we strive for fun, creativity, quality and friendly service.

We DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR REFUNDS, however, we allow EXCHANGES ONLY & returns for STORE CREDIT ONLY of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise within 14 days of delivery. If
the exchanged item is less than the original purchase, you will receive a store credit for the amount of the price difference.

While we understand shoes need to be tried on, we advice you to try on shoes on carpet area and with clean foot. We will ONLY accept the returned item for exchanges in original clean condition and accompanied by original invoice and tags MUST be attached (NO EXCEPTION).

ALL BABY PRODUCTS AND HAIR ACCESSORIES ARE FINAL SALE (No exception).

Shipping fees are NOT refundable & customers are responsible for return shipping.

To process an exchange, you can do one of the following:

U.S ORDERS ONLY:

1) PLACE A NEW ORDER (FOR RUSH ORDER):
This is to guarantee size availability and faster turn around exchange time. Please place a new order for the correct size and return the shoes you have. Once your package is received , we will process a refund. PLEASE ALLOW 7 BUSINESS DAYS FOR REFUND TO BE PROCESSED.

2) NOT RUSH ORDER (LONGER EXCHANGE TIME):
Return and ship the shoes to address indicated below. When your return package is received, the new package will be shipped. PLEASE ALLOW 7 BUSINESS DAYS FOR YOUR NEW ITEM TO BE PROCESSED AND SHIPPED.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ONLY:

1) Due to unpredictable shipping and custom holding time, we DO NOT PROCESS EXCHANGE and will not hold shoes to exchange. Please place a new order for the correct size and we will ship within 2-3 business day.

2) Please return and ship the incorrect size shoes to us within 7 days from the date of exchange request. This means, package will need to be postmarked within 7 business days of return request date. When shoes are received, we will process a refund (shipping fee is NON-REFUNDABLE). You will also be responsible for return shipping.

Q: I’ve placed an order. How long will it take to ship?
A: Once order is placed and size is available, please allow 1-2 business days to process and ship. Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST will be processed the next business day. Please note this does not include shipping delivery time.

Q: I live outside of US, how long will shipping take?
A: International orders will take 15-45 business days for standard shipping. Expedited shipping will take 6-10 business days at additional cost. You will see shipping cost at checkout.

Q: Where is your item shipping from?
A: All orders are shipped from California.

Q: How do I exchange my order?
A: You have 14 days from delivery date to request an exchange. Please click link "CONTACT US" at the top of our home page OR click "contact shop" from your order page.

Q: I received an email notification stating my order has been delivered, but I have not received it. What do I do?
A: For US orders, first, please check your tracking online to see the most recent information. Second, please check with your neighbor or receptionist desk. There have been times where packages have been delivered to a nearby unit. Next, please contact your local post office and inform them that you have not received the package.

For international orders, please check the tracking number provided to you via email to see if your package has been held at customs. Items held at customs are normally due custom fees or VAT imposed by your country before it can be released and delivered to you.

Q: The item I want is out of stock, but I need them! what do I do?
A: We’re so sorry the item you want is out stock. You can enter your email at listing to be added to the waitlist. When size is available, you will receive an email notification.

Q: How do I determine sizing on kids shoes?
A: Shoes tend to fit differently on kids and we recommend it’s best to use our size measurements as a reference on listing.

Q: How do I measure feet at home?
A: Here is the simplest method to measure your foot at home and hopefully it will be helpful for you to determine sizing:

Take a sheet of paper and place it on a firm surface- not plush carpeting or pebbly surfaces.
Put your feet comfortably neutral step onto the piece of paper (one foot per sheet if paper does not fit).
Hold the pencil as perpendicular as possible to your foot and outline the shape as close to your foot as you can.
Measure the distance between the center of the heel curve to the tip of the longest toe. This is the length.
One foot tend to be larger than the other, therefore, please go with the longer length to determine shoes size.
