Returns and exchanges
If you are not satisfied, you may return an item for store credit within 48 hours of receiving it. Item must be shipped in it's original packaging. You are responsible for shipping costs both ways for an exchange.
Payment
Please pay with Paypal immediately after checking out. Any Paypal payment not received within 48 hours of purchase will be cancelled.
For personal checks and money orders, please send in the mail immediately after checking out. Any checks or money orders not received within 5 days of purchase will be cancelled.
Maine residents: You must pay a 5% sales tax which will be added by Paypal when you check out.
Shipping
Please convo me if you live outside of the US. I would be happy to look into shipping internationally. Please note that you are responsible for any extra charges, including duty and custom fees, that are imposed by your country.
All pottery pieces will be double-boxed with bubble wrap and packing peanuts to ensure an extra safe journey to your house. Included in the box will be a card describing a bit about me and care instructions. Karuna Cushions will be wrapped in a plastic bag inside a box to keep the buckwheat hulls protected from moisture. To help cut down on the amount of waste here on the island, I use recycled packing materials and boxes for shipping. Although slightly used, the packaging will be clean.
