Crystal jewelery needs to be taken care of with extra consideration as it is a natural material.
Even gold-plated jewelery needs to be taken care of with extra consideration in order to last as long as possible.
Avoid things like washing dishes (applies to bracelets & rings), showering, bathing, sunbathing and exercising with your plated jewelry as they are sensitive to water and sweat.
If you use perfume and hairspray, put it on before you put on your jewelry (let it dry). Otherwise, they can become discolored and lose their luster.
