Announcement   Welcome to Kajulee.

Please feel free to have a look around. You'll find mostly one-of-a-kind jewellery designs in sterling silver, incorporating chainmaille and unique artisan lampwork beads.

A little bit about the metals I use:

Sterling silver - I prepare and cut all of the sterling silver jump rings used in my chainmaille designs myself. I then polish them to a high shine.

Niobium is a reactive metal that changes colour when subjected to varying electrical currents . Different voltages will produce different colours within the colour spectrum. Because of the nature of the process, each batch of a colour produced may vary slightly, so I will only make an item of jewellery using one batch of rings.

Welcome to Kajulee.

My name is Naomi and I live in a beautiful little village in Kent.
I live here with Mark (my wonderfully patient husband), Luke our eldest son, Harvey and Lulu our two Rough Collies and four scatty cats. All of whom are extremely cute (yep! Mark too!), and all of whom you can meet if you visit my facebook page.

In the mean time, please have a look around the shop to see if there's anything I can tempt you with.

Thank you for visiting

Shipping
All items will be shipped no later than 2 working days from receipt of payment, and in most cases on the next working day, unless you order a custom piece which has to be made first. Custom orders will generally still be ready within 2 working days -but may take up to 3 weeks (due to hallmarking requirements). Please convo me before ordering custom pieces, so that I may give you a guide as to how long it would take before shipping.

Shipping charges are listed at the bottom of each item. Items over £50 will be sent via Special Delivery and will have a tracking number.

For customers residing outside the UK, you need to be aware that your own country's customs service may impose a range of import fees, taxes, tarriffs or duties at the time of delivery and these are the responsibility of the buyer. For more information on this, please contact your local customs agency.

A certificate of postage is always obtained, and many items require a signature when delivered.
Refunds and Exchanges
I will endeavour to ensure that all items reach you in perfect condition. However, if for any reason you are not delighted with your jewellery, please contact me (within 14 days of initial purchase), and I will do what ever I can to resolve the problem. Returns/refunds for any reason other than imperfections will exclude postage.
Additional policies and FAQs
I am happy to take commissions, so if you cannot see what you are looking for, please convo me and I'll see if I can help.

Most pieces can be lengthened, shortened or fitted with alternative fastenings at your request.

If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to convo me!
