The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
We only accept returns on the grounds of clear, visible damage to your order. We do not accept returns due to unwanted items.

If you are uncertain whether an outfit will fit your doll, please contact in advance for clarification. In the event an item does not fit your doll, we require prior contact as well as photographic proof in order to accept a return. If you do not contact us prior to ordering, you accept full responsibility for items that do not fit.

In the event of an accepted return, items should be shipped to us within 14 days of receipt in the condition you received it. The buyer accepts responsibility of return postage costs and we only accept returns using tracked shipping.
Payment for items purchased from our shop should be made within 24 hours of purchase. Payment for custom orders should be made within 24 hours upon our shop accepting commission otherwise order will be cancelled.

We currently only accept PayPal payments.
USA, Australia, Canada:
All purchases are shipped using GLOBAL Expres. This provides customers with a tracking number and delivery usually takes 1-3 weeks.

Other countries:
All purchases are shipped using registered airmail. This provides customers with a tracking number and delivery usually takes 1-3 weeks depending on your location.

Please understand that these are estimated times and are not guaranteed, it can take longer due to variety of causes (weather, customs services etc).

Upon dispatch you can track your parcel at http://emonitoring.poczta-polska.pl/?lang=en whilst it remains in Poland. When it leaves Poland, you can resume tracking at your country's postal service site (some countries do not offer online tracking - this depends on the agreements the destination country has with Poland - in this case, please contact your postal office or customs office by phone to enquire about the mail).

Kalcia's Workshop currently offers shipping upgrade to EMS.
EMS is the most reliable option at the moment.
Estimated times: European countries N + 1 to 3 business days, everywhere else N + 3 to 6 business days (N being the day of shipment).

Items shipped outside the European Union may be subjected to import taxes and/or custom fees. Said taxes or fees, if applied by the destination's post office or customs office, are the buyer's responsibility.

All items are in-stock and ready for shipping unless stated otherwise (please check shipping times on the individual items and the announcement section at the top of the shop). Commissions are made on request, so dispatch dates will vary.

During more busy seasons and holidays shipping times can take much longer. Please keep that in mind when purchasing!

Custom orders will take one to six weeks to complete depending on complexity and availability of materials. Particularly complex orders may take longer. Please account for delays during busy periods as well as holidays.

In the event your order requires fabrics we do not have in stock, we will begin working once all materials have arrived. Please be advised that in the event of ordering custom fabrics for your commission we are not responsible for any delays that may arise from problematic sellers.

When you place a custom order we will require a series of photos or sketches of your desired outfit for us to work with and we'll provide you with an estimate that takes several factors into consideration (including but not limited to fabric costs and complexity.) Please be advised that estimates are in no way an agreed upon price and they may lower or rise depending on the specific commission.

After agreeing on details of the commission we will request payment up front.
Payment should be made within 24 hours as per our payment policy.

We will message the buyer when we begin work on your outfit and message you again when it's finished with photos. We'll be in touch during creation of your commission if we have any queries. Please note we will send work in progress updates or photos only at our discretion when necessary.

Upon completion of orders we will send photos of the finished item. Small changes may be requested at this point, but may increase the cost depending on complexity.

DISCLAIMER: Please bear in mind that custom order results may vary from expectations due to the nature of miniaturized replicas. We are unable to replicate other ABJD artists' clothing, however we will do our best to create a similar but suitably different item upon request.

Why is shipping to USA so expensive?

While in Poland, mail is tracked by Poczta Polska (Polish Post Office), when it leaves Polish border, USPS overtakes. In 2015 USPS removed tracking option for Registered Airmail (about 7usd cost worldwide). Due to these changes Kalcia's Workshop had to switch to a different type of mail - GLOBAL Expres. This version of shipping is more expensive, but provides buyers with tracking throughout the whole shipment.

Can you make this in different size?

All of the outfits available in our shop are made in certain sizes.
We are sometimes unable to replicate certain items in different sizes due to the nature of fabric scaling and availability.
For a lot of shirts, tops and skirts we will be expanding availability of sizes and types, so stay tuned!

We don't make copies of unique sets in different sizes. Sorry!

Questions about making available clothes in different sizes are also considered 'custom orders' and those are currently closed, thank you for your understanding!

I have allergies, do you have pets at home?

All items are being shipped from a house with a cat. If you are allergic, please refrain from purchasing or purchase at your own risk.
