    Returns and exchanges
    If you have any questions about an item, please e-mail us before purchase. If it turns out that you are absolutely unsatisfied with your purchase, you can contact us within 30 days of receipt of your item to request a refund. Your payment will be refunded to you after we have received back the item in the same condition and packaging that it was sent to you*.

    *Shipping & Handling charges to and from are non-refundable. All pattern sales are final.

    Payment & Terms:
    We accept Credit cards, PayPal and Etsy Gift Cards as our payment method. Payment must be in U.S. funds and received at the time of order.

    Sales Tax:
    Orders shipped to addresses within the state of Idaho will have 6.0% sales tax added to the final total, not including shipping.
    Shipping
    All of our orders are shipped via United States Postal Service with Delivery Confirmation (U.S. Only). We ship First Class and Priority Mail ONLY. We do not offer overnight (Express Mail) shipping.

    Items usually ship within 24-72 hours after payment has been received and cleared. Items arrive in approximately 4-7 business days. These estimates do not include weekends or holidays. An approximate shipping estimate will be given for custom orders.
