Custom and personalised orders
We are always happy to discuss custom orders, if there is anything you would like made then drop me a message and I will do my best to help out and offer a competitive quote.
Most of what we sell can be personalised, with various printing techniques or laser engraving.
Gift wrapping and packaging
If you would like a product we sell gift wrapped and sent directly to the recipient, just drop me a message and I will arrange this for you.
All cards we sell are available with a personalised message and sent directly to the recipient on request at no extra charge.
Where is my order?
We aim to despatch cards within 1 business day, and other handmade goods within 3-5 business days.
On despatch you will receive an email to let you know its on its way.
UK Postage, Second Class takes 2-3 working days, and First Class is generally next working day.
Overseas packages can sometimes take up to 6 weeks to clear customs so please be aware if your items are taking a long time to arrive - this may very well be the cause. If there is duty to pay you will be contacted by the customs authority to pay the additional customs due.
UK parcels are not deemed to be "lost" until after 15 working days. We can not be held responsible for late deliveries due to postal delays.

Why doesn't the tracking number work?
Etsy show a tracking number for the shipment. Unfortunately Royal Mail doesn't give tracking on regular First and Second Class letter post, so the tracking number is inactive.
