Welcome! My name is Wendy and I am the founder of Kalico Klay. I handle everything from designing, making, photographing, packaging, shipping and customer service. It all started in summer of 2022 when I happened upon the polymer clay world and instantly felt a connection to the material. I knew this was something I wanted to do. From that point forward I digested everything I could get my hands on about working with this material and enjoy learning new techniques, refining my process and exploring new designs.

- Polymer clay earrings are extremely lightweight, most weighing a fraction of an ounce.
- Polymer clay is durable and water resistant, however to extend the life of your jewelry I recommend you avoid wearing them in the shower/bath, pool, ocean, or lake and keeping them away from sources of heat.
- The majority of metals used in my designs are resistant to tarnishing and safe for sensitive ears, however sterling silver will tarnish if exposed to too much water or moisture. This can be easily treated by gently wiping with a polishing cloth or soap and water. If you have a concern about the metal used in a design please message me.
- Your earrings can be cleaned using a Q-tip dipped in rubbing alcohol or damp cloth to remove make-up, dirt, lint, etc.
