If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the problem quickly. Refunds and exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis. Returns for a full refund are usually fine, but you will have to pay the return shipping fee.

Shipping

We will do our best to ship pieces within 1-2 business days from receipt of cleared payment. Shipping is by USPS, UPS or Fedex. Insurance is included in the shipping price.

We attempt to accurately represent our wood pieces in photographs. However, color discrepancies may occur due to camera and computer monitor settings. Photographs often cannot adequately convey the texture, radiance, and natural variations in the wood.
