    Customers are responsible for fully reading an item's description (and/or contacting me prior to purchase if they have additional questions) to understand what they are buying - that's why I provide clear, useful details.

    Please contact me with any questions or concerns. Because jewelry is a personal item that touches the body or sometimes customized to fit a particular person, I don't usually offer returns or exchanges (unless an item is damaged during shipping, in which case I may request physical or photographic evidence of damage to consider a refund), but please contact me for discussion if there's an issue.

    Please send me or Etsy Help a message if you're having any problems with checkout.
    Shipping
    I attempt to ship things out within a couple days (often the next day), and am pleased to have lots of positive feedback from customers because of this effort. Knowing how hard it is to wait for a purchase makes me strive to ship as quickly as possible.

    Once I bring it to the post office, it is the postal service's (USPS) responsibility. Contact me if you have not received an item within 10 days of notice of shipment.
    Additional policies and FAQs
    I don't haggle over prices, sell wholesale, do trunk shows or trade at this point. Shipping costs are inclusive of my shipping materials, lots of time spent wrapping/packaging, gas and time spent on post office trips on top of the actual postage price.
