Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Returns and exchange details
I don't usually offer returns unless an item becomes damaged during shipping, in which case I request physical or photographic evidence of damage (plus possibly sending the item back) to consider a refund. Please message me for discussion if there's an issue.

Customers are responsible for fully reading an item's description (and contacting me prior to purchase if they have additional questions) to understand what they are buying–that's why I provide clear, useful details. If you don't read listing information and are surprised when you receive exactly what was described and pictured, I'm sorry, but that's on you for not taking more care prior to purchase. Returns are not accepted for merely changing your mind.

Shipping
I try to ship things out within a couple days, and I'm pleased to have lots of positive feedback from customers because of this effort. Knowing how hard it is to wait for a purchase makes me strive to ship as quickly as possible.

Once I hand packages over to the post office, it is the postal service's (USPS) responsibility. Shipping delays caused by inclement weather or the pandemic are not my responsibility. Contact me if you have not received an item within 14 days of shipment notification.

Shipping costs are inclusive of my shipping materials, lots of time spent wrapping/packaging, gas and time spent on post office trips on top of the actual postage price.
