All items are mailed out in the exact condition that they appear in the photos on the shop page.

If anything goes wrong I am open to refunds (minus shipping) or exchanges BUT I am not responsible for items that are lost, missing or damaged in transit.

For any item that is returned the shipping charges are your responsibility.
Please make your choice carefully it is a waste of time (and cost) for both of us to return an item just for a change of mind.

Payment can be made through PayPal. You don't need to have a Paypal account to use this function, just press the PayPal option and follow the link to pay by your credit card. It's easy and safe too!
Payment is due within 3 days of purchase, otherwise I have to cancel the sale unless you have some reason to delay and you have convo me. Keep in mind that orders don't get shipped until payment is cleared.

For international orders I can accept only PayPal!

Bank Transfer is accepted for EU citizens only. Please select "other" as the payment option and send a comnvo so I will get back to you with my bank account details. I expect payment within two days. If you need more time, please let me know.

I ship everywhere from Greece through Hellenic Post Office, in the next two-three working days after payment (excluding weekends, strikes, public holidays and other special cases ).

I use Register Air mail by A' Priority which means that items are usually delivered on the first working day after the day of posting inside the country (Greece) and on the third working day to the countries of the European Union. *** I am well know that this option is more expensive, but in this way we are both secured that you will get your goodies for sure!!!***

For destinations outside the E.U the time of delivery depends on the quality of the destination’s country postal service. For USA and Australia is usually 7-10 working days.
This option is more expensive but in this way I check item's delivery status with tracking number.

I am not responsible for customs taxes and duties on items shipped to international locations and they shall be the responsibility of the buyer.

I'll send your order in a gift box with a safe packaging (bubble envelope or box).
