Stepping out on Faith! It works...

Welcome!!! I enjoy handcrafting apparel and accessories for babies to big kids (this includes adults, too!). My pieces are enthusiastically transformed from concepts to creations. Inventory can include just about any thing at any time. I hope you will enjoy owning my items just as much as I enjoy bringing them to life!

In addition, Kameli Shae (pronounced Kah-mee-lee Shay) Clothing and Accessories are a reflection of a playful spirit with classic, yet sophisticated silhouettes. Each item is handcrafted and many are one of a kind, made from the highest quality of textiles. Every piece reflects my love of vibrant colors, bold patterns and textures while paying homage to traditional timeless style. This is a made-to-measure boutique. I prefer working from true measurements. I enjoy creating customizable items - I will build, fit, or alter according to your individual specifications!

I am a graphic designer, too! Many of my services involve helping other small business brand their company. Designing logos, taglines, business cards, banner, etc. is so much fun. In addition, I love creating stationery for special occasions or for that "just because" moment.

Hi there... My inventory is the translation of my imagination and creativity into wearables, accessories and printables that are affordable, adorable, and just plain fun.

BUSINESS HOURS: I only do business between the hours of 6p-12a M-F, EST and sometimes on weekends. If you place your order during any time that my shop is closed - it will be processed as being placed the next business day.

If I just so happen to work on business-related things outside of those hours, then that day will be a rare day.

PAYMENT: Although we take Paypal, you do not need a Paypal account to purchase. Paypal can process your credit card without a Paypal account. Just follow directions during checkout. You will still be taken to the Paypal checkout, but you will have the option to use your credit card without Paypal account or, of course, you can use your Paypal account, if you wish.

You will drastically speed up the process when you SLOW DOWN & CAREFULLY follow all steps. After purchase, you will receive a CONFIRMATION EMAIL from Etsy. This will include a 'message from seller' (me!) requesting that you submit all pertinent info/details and pictures via email. Some info can be placed in the "notes to seller" section during checkout, as well. I cannot begin your order until your info has been submitted. It’s a very simple, easy to follow process.

Have this info handy when you are ready to proceed:
1. SIZE 4x6 or 5x7. (Designs are available in 5x7 or 4x6 only. Given this information, if you need it designed for a different size due to your printer, or you change your mind after your proof has been started, a custom design fee will apply to cover redesign time.)
3. UNEDITED photo(s) (Please do not send me copyrighted photos unless you have permission from the photographer or photography company! By submitting your photo(s), you agree that you have permission to do so. You also agree to take full responsibility for any misuse of copyrighted images and agree not to hold me liable for any misuse of any copyrighted images.) Photos should be unedited and/or un-cropped.

2. Buyer Approval of Proof + up to 1 Business Day
(6p-12a M-F, EST) = Final File to Buyer for Printing

Additional adjustments to your proof may delay your final printable version an additional 1-2 business days.

RUSH MY ORDER! If you are running behind on your project or you need your order sooner than this time line presents, rush processing may be available for an additional cost of $12. Please let me know if I can assist you in this way.

While I do my best to accommodate all orders in a timely manner, I reserve days and weekends to recharge and spend time with my family. I appreciate your understanding and respect of this important time.

I stand by my total commitment to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every order. If for any reason your order does not meet your expectations, please contact me within 7 days from receipt for a refund. All shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

** I will not be able to do refunds, or exchanges on special order merchandise.

**Items must arrive in the same condition in which they were received ( unworn, unspoiled, unwashed, no trace of perfume or deodorant and with the tags ) or they will not be accepted.

**I will refund the cost of the item. Shipping charges are not refundable.

**I recommend using a delivery confirmation/tracking number to avoid any unwanted situations.

Please double and triple check the proofs that I send before you approve them. If a proof is approved with a spelling or date error, I can change it at no extra charge. I do not, however, refund money for cards that you already printed. PLEASE REMEMBER - colors vary based on your computer monitor and on your photo processor, so printing a sample is strongly encouraged.

Because payment is for my work only, I cannot offer a refund once a proof has been started.

I value feedback! I want to make you happy. If, for any reason, you are unhappy with the quality of your product, please contact me before leaving neutral/negative feedback. I will be happy to work with you to reach a satisfactory resolution.

**Payments are processed via PayPal. Paypal does accept all major credit cards; a Paypal account isn't necessary. Payment is expected at the time of order.

**In the event that you are placing a custom order at least a 50% deposit is due at the start of the project and the remainder is due opon completion. Again, I can do a reserved or custom listing before you pay for the item entirely.

If payment is accidentally made via e-check, it may take up to 7 business days to clear. Once I receive notification that your e-check has cleared, and all of your pertinent information (size, wording/photo, etc.) has been received, your order will be considered placed.

I'm trying to manage/reduce my carbon footprint. A copy of your invoice may not be included in your package. Instead, it will be sent in an email and/or via Paypal.
Digital items are sent as either a JPEG, PNG file or a PDF, see listings for details.

**Please be sure the address on file with Paypal is correct because that's the address (both physical and email) I will ship to. Otherwise, I can ship to a different address. Be sure to give details in "notes to seller" section during checkout.

****My turn around time on custom orders is usually 10-14 business days..not including ship time. If you need an item by a certain date please inquire about it prior to purchasing to make sure that I can get it to you by the date needed.

**Custom made or requested items are created upon order, each item may need a different amount of time to make, please read time stated in the listing description (if applicable)or feel free to contact me first.

**I will ship using standard shipping, unless otherwise requested, which has delivery times of 2-5 days in the U.S. and up to 2 weeks internationally. I can send delivery confirmation, as well.

**If you need fast delivery, please feel free to convo me, first and I will do my best to accomodate.

**IMPORTANT: Some countries collect taxes on imported goods. They are the responsibility of the customer. The customer is responsible for paying these taxes in their own country.
Additional policies and FAQs
Refer to the size chart below. Items will have size info within the description, where applicable. Also, I can custom make your item once order is placed. Please convo your measurements so that I may determine your general size. Also, let me know if you have a unique quality such as: physical impairment, physical alteration, long waisted, short legs, or pregnant.

How are A-LIne dresses sized?
A-Lined dresses should fall on your child at or slightly above the knee. These dresses are "A" shaped. Therefore, they do not "fit" your child. The best way to determine size for these dresses is with 1 simple measurement. Measure your child from shoulder to hem (knee). From this measurement, you should be able to determine which dress will fit best.

The lengths for A-Line dresses are as follows:

0-3 - Months 13 1/2"
6-9 - Months 15 1/2"
12 - Months 17 1/2"
18-24 - Months 18 1/2"
2T - 19"
3T - 21"
4T - 22"
5T - 25"
6/6X - 27"

Larger sizes can be made upon request.

Other garment styles may be measured or sized differently. Again, read each item's description carefully.

Most clothes use fabrics that fit very comfortably but please be sure to convo if you have ANY QUESTIONS about size. Some items may vary, so it is important to read through the item's description prior to choosing your size. I'm always happy to help and accomodate.

**Please be sure to remember, some items may vary slightly in fit. T-shirts will have a different fit.

If you are wanting the garment to be shorter than shown it is best to order the standard length and then have it hemmed once you have put the garment on.

I recommend washing hand-dyed items alone the first time and then with like colors in cold water. This will also help even out any slight tone variations due to the hand dyeing process. You can also toss garments in the dryer on a medium-high heat. However, it will last longer if line dried in the shade. All items should be handled delicately.

Each dyed garment is done by hand with fiber reactive dyes. I use a triple wash process, as well. Colors sometimes vary from computer to computer.

Also, note that colors vary depending on your computer and color settings. Colors may also vary slightly from dye bath to dye bath. This is the nature of dyeing things by hand. Any slight tone variations due to the hand dyeing process will even out during the first few washings.


Please have a sample card of your design printed before having ALL of them printed. If the colors don't turn out the way you were hoping, I would be happy to adjust them and send you a new proof, but I can not refund money for the cards you already had printed. Again, colors vary based on your computer monitor and on your photo processor, so printing a sample is strongly encouraged.

Have your project photo developed (I prefer this method of printing - with a matte finish. Watermarks are for proofing purposes only and are removed for the final file, however, I do reserve the right to obtain credit for my work and do include my name inconspicuously in a place that does not intrude on the design.

Photos should be 300 dpi or higher for proper print quality. I can not be held responsible for photos of poor quality or low resolution. Please do not crop or edit photos prior to emailing them.

ALL images showin in my store are property of Kameli Shae. You may NOT USE or re-sell any images shown in my store, in ANY form. All designs purchased are for personal use ONLY. When you purchase a design from my store you are accepting these terms of sale.


How big are my designs? All of my designs are approx. a little over 5-6.5”(read each item's description thoroghly). I can make them just about any size (up to 8.5 X 11”) though. Just specify what size you will need in the “message to seller” section at check-out....please put in approx. inches.

How do I send you the personalization information I want on the designs? Just put all of the information (name(s), size changes, color changes, font changes, etc.) in the “message to seller” section at check-out.

Do I need a special printer or ink to make these? No, you don't. A regular, home inkjet printer with color ink will work great

What supplies will I need? You will need a printer (with color ink), fabric transfer paper, an iron, scissors, your design, and a t-shirt (or onesie, pillowcase, sweatshirt, etc).

What transfer paper do you recommend? I HIGHLY recommend transfer paper from dharmatrading.com. Transfer paper is definitely a “get what you pay for” product. I do NOT recommend the ones sold at disount mart stores. I have mixed feelings about office supply brands and craft store brands. Some are poor quality, while others are ok.

Is there any sewing involved? None! :)

How do I prevent my image from cracking, etc? Always wash your garments inside out and hang to dry. Try not to stretch the fabric or fold the image and always pre-shrink. The other most important thing to remember is always use a high quality transfer paper. The images will go on better, look better and last longer. Last, but not least, ALWAYS iron on a hard surface with very heavy pressure. Don't use an ironing board.

What is the difference between “regular” transfer paper (for white fabrics) and transfer paper for dark (or printed) fabrics? The main difference between these papers is how the color white will show up.
Regular Transfer Paper (for white fabrics): any "white" areas on the design will be translucent or clear; the color of the t-shirt will show through these “clear” areas and appear white.
Opaque Inkjet Transfer Paper (for dark fabrics): ALL "white" in the design will show up as white. So, you will have to trim away any white that you don't want to show up (background, borders, etc). Just keep that in mind if doing an intricate design that you will have to trim around.

Do you sell any t-shirts with the designs on them? Yes, I do. I have lots of items that occassionally posted.

Do you sell any of the images already printed on transfer paper? Sometimes, please convo for price quotes...

Do you take custom orders and how much are they? All of my designs are $4.00 (custom or not).

Do you personalize the image or do I? Yes, I personalize all of the images before e-mailing them to you.

How do you send the designs? All of the designs are sent as .jpeg images via e-mail.
