I started making printables for my son's birthday's and other events 5 years ago. After my oldest son's 3rd birthday, I found Etsy. Etsy has been such a amazing place for me to be able to stay home with my kiddos and still have a creative outlet. It's been so wonderful to be able to share what I love doing for my family with others, and helping them create their own personalized parties. I love seeing my designs making memories for my customers and their families and friends.

Party Printables are great for helping you create your own party, even if you are busy or on a budget! We offer all the decor items you might need to make your party complete. All you have to do is purchase, print, and decorate! It really is that simple, and you can take pride in knowing you did it all yourself.
All our items are digital items that are either sent through a file sharing service via email to your email account on file with etsy, or instant download. You can print however you wish! It’s super convenient to print your files at home or using a printing service. If you need any help choosing what’s right for your items just ask, or check the printable instructions that we send out with every order.

Returns and exchange details
Returns/refunds are not offered due to customer not having access to a computer to open/download/print pdf files sent by K&K Party Designs.
Cancelation and refund requests after a proof is sent will be charged a $10 design fee for the work that was already put into the order.
Payment
Cancellation can only happen if work has not begun yet on personalized files. There is no cancellation on instant download/corjl item orders.
Shipping
*Personalized Files*
If you do not see your files in your email after you receive the shipped notification, please make sure to check all spam, trash, or all mail folders. Your files will be from a files sharing service called Dropbox or Crafthub.
*Instant Dowload Files*
You will either be able to download your files directly from etsy after your payment is processed, or receive a download link within minutes from Corjl or Crafthub. Please check your items listing description to see how your files will be available to you.
*Printed Items*
(times may very, please check individual item listing)
-shipping is for US residents only.
*We are not responsible for any delay or damage that may occur during shipping. Please consider holidays and current events when ordering.
*We are unable to ship to APO addresses or PO BOX's currently. Sorry for the inconvenience!
Additional policies and FAQs
All our items are set to print with a marginless, borderless, full-bleed print. Please make sure your printer is set to these settings before printing. We can help you with this if needed, just message us!
All pdf files sent by K&K Party Designs need to be opened on a computer, not a phone/tablet. We are not responsible for and can not offer refunds if you do not have a computer to access the files.
K&K Party Designs does not offer printing services on party decor and invitations, this is a digital pdf file shop only. By purchasing the buyer is responsible for printing their files themselves. We only recommend using Office Depot/Office Max for printing. If you choose to use Staples or Fedex you are doing so at your own risk. There have been several customer issues at these locations, so we can no longer recommend them.
K&K Party Designs can not translate to any language other than ENGLISH.
Only ONE PHOTO may be sent for a photo invitation order. The quality of the printed photo invitation is only as good as the photo you email us. Please make sure the photo is a high resolution photo. If the photo is blurry or grainy when sent to us, it will appear so in the invitation also.(Photos taken on phones tend to look like this when blown up for invitation) We can not do any photo retouching.
No changes can be made to orders that have already been sent out. So please be sure to check your spelling and information before you send it to us. Mistakes made by K&K Party Designs will be fixed right away at no charge.
By Purchasing you are acknowledging this is a pdf file that you are responsible for printing. We do not offer printing/shipping on printable items (nothing physical will be shipped or received by you). Although we do offer printing recommendations, K&K Party Designs is not responsible for issues with professional printers/printing. We will offer troubleshooting to the best of our abilities, but our liabilities end with the file themselves.
