Welcome to the Kangaroo Dyer's Etsy Shop! These luxurious fibers are hand dyed by Gail Callahan, the Kangaroo Dyer. Produced in Greenfield, Massachusetts, Gail's yarns are hand-painted using both traditional and innovative dyeing practices. Gail's eye for color and attention to texture come together to produce these original and elegant artisanal yarns.

Payment
The Kangaroodyer accepts payment through Paypal as the most convienient and safest method for both buyer and seller and treats the transaction as if paid in cash. Checks are also accepted but merchandise will not be sent until the check has cleared the bank.
Shipping
Shipping in the United States is by First Class Mail(USPS) up to 13 oz. and generally will arrive within 2 - 3 days after purchase. Monies collected for S&H charges for multiple skein orders above actual S&H costs will be refunded through PAYPAL. Generally, yarn is shipped the morning after an order is placed, as long as the post office is open.
Shipping to other countries is by first class mail, unless other arrangements are made, because of the excessive mail charges. Valuations are based on my replacement costs.
For those people who live in or near Greenfield, MA and wish to personally pick up their purchases, shipping costs will be waived.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are unhappy with any product provided by the Kangaroodyer, contact us for resolution.
Additional policies and FAQs
If you see a colorway that is not in a fabric of your choosing, ask if it can be reproduced in the fabric,yarn or roving, etc. of your choice and I will convo you. Such a request, if accomplished, will be posted as a 'Reserve' item in your name and is subject to your acceptance. Items not purchased after being on 'reserve' for 7 days will be released to the general population.
