Announcement   I apologize for the hiatus! I will begin crafting and selling again after my home renovations are complete. I'm doing literally everything with my own two hands, and it's consuming ALL of my time outside of work right now. I'm even using my lunch break to hit the gym because my previous workout time is now spent on sanding floors and painting trim. Welcome to Home-Ownership, me! Lol. ^^

SO PLEASED with my Totoro earrings! I don't normally order things online (because I have done it before and nothing seems to ever turn out as good as they appear in pictures) however these are my FAVORITE earrings and I just recently ordered another pair from Kanoha. I CAN'T WAIT TO GET THEM! I love how unique they are. One of a kind!

Hi! Welcome to Kanoha. ^^ Here, you'll find a variety of hand-crafted goods, including jewelry, stationery, art prints, arm warmers, and small trinkets. There may not be much in stock- Kanoha is a one-woman show, and every item is made entirely by hand. Polymer clay, scrapbooking paper, upcycled sweaters, and acrylic paints are the main cogs in this little machine. As to the designs, they're fully intended to be fan art- homage to the beauty produced (and owned) by the brilliant minds who've entered and exited the world, leaving bits of themselves behind in their work.

Custom orders will be considered, if you've got something in mind feel free to message me and we can work something out if your request isn't too complex. ^^

GIFT OPTIONS: Custom gift packaging, in the form of hand-crafted boxes made-to-order specifically for your purchase, is available for an extra $3 to $5 (depending on size). All gift boxes are handmade from recycled materials, prettied up with scrapbooking paper and/or a hand-painted design. Each box is unique and no two are ever alike. You may request specific colors or designs, and I will meet your requests to the best of my ability.

Payment
Please submit payment as soon as possible so that your order can be fulfilled quickly :) If you have not paid within 3 days (weekends/holidays included) your order will be considered void and the item will be available once more.
I only accept Direct Checkout payments.
There is no order cancellation fee.
Shipping
All items will be shipped within the time frame specified in the item description. I have recently made the switch from USPS to Fed Ex in order to adjust shipping costs, with the interest of fairness in mind. :) I am able to offer lower shipping costs as a whole for single items; however, because I am no longer using flat-rate boxes, I cannot offer free shipping for multiple items. What I CAN do is make sure that my shipping prices are weight-based for add-on items, so your shipping cost will remain lower over all. :)
I do NOT offer shipping insurance, confirmation, etc. because none of the items in my shop are over $50.
Refunds and Exchanges
Refund eligibility:
1. Received the wrong item (and sent it back!)
2. Item is not as pictured/described

If you accidentally order the wrong thing, tell me BEFORE you pay! We can cancel the order. If the item arrives having incurred damage from shipment, unless there was clearly some horrific flaw with my packaging, that isn't my fault and I can't offer you a refund. For the record I'll be sad about the item breaking, too, if that happens. D= In the event of shipment damage, please e-mail me photographs of the damage, and we can try to work something out. I can't promise a replacement, as everything is hand-made and impossible for me to duplicate with 100% precision, but I want my customers to be happy! Solutions are always on the table for discussion. Obviously, prevention is the best cure, and I do go out of my way to package properly in an effort to ensure that no damage occurs.
Additional policies and FAQs
If you happen to buy a decorative cup or bowl made out of sculpey, be aware that it's been painted with acrylics. It's a DECORATION! Use it as a change jar or something, but, please be smart and don't get it wet or try to actually eat/drink from it! Acrylic paints become liquid when wet, and they are NOT EDIBLE. >.< You are responsible for your own safety, you haz been warn! XD All Sculpey items will be satin-glazed, which should prevent damage to the paints, BUT- that still doesn't make 'em safe to use for ingesting things!
