Will the plant hanger be strong enough to hold my big plant and its pot?
These macrame plant hangers are made using a synthetic fiber, which makes them very durable with a high capacity of supporting heavy plants and pots. Be careful to place a solid hook on the ceiling and you're set for a long lasting decor!
I want to hang a macrame in my living room, but might move it outside during summer! Is is possible?
Yes! They can be hung inside or outside!
What material do you use?
My macrame plant hangers are made using a synthetic fiber. The mini ones as well as the keychains are made with waxed cotton. All my items are guaranteed to be made with love!
I haven't received my order yet. I'm starting to think it got lost. What am I supposed to do??
If you haven't chosen the tracked package option, I unfortunately have no way of knowing where the package is at the moment.
But here's what you can do:
-First of all, take a deep breath and don't panic! You will get your macrame one way or another!
-Wait at least 20 business days if you're in Canada or the USA (or 40 business days for International) after the shipping notification and simply let me know so we can discuss of possibilities for a refund or a replacement :)
