Welcome to the shop! Please feel free to ask any questions that may arise. Custom orders are welcome!!

Payment
I prefer money order, BUT I am more than happy to accept PayPal payment as well. Sorry, no personal checks.

No extra taxes will be added to the price you see on the shop.

Payments should be made asap. The sooner I get your money, the sooner I ship your item! If you don't pay within three days, I'll reflect that on your feedback & re-list the item.

Please don't cancel an order. Only serious buyers. If you're unsure of something, wait to click purchase or pm me with questions!!
Shipping
The shopping cost I list online is an estimation. When you make a purchase, I'll check the actual cost from my location to yours to make sure the price is correct [it very well may be a dollar or two off]. As soon as I receive your payment, I'll ship the item. That should mean same or next day, as long as I can make it to a post office with my schedule. I'll let you know when your item has been shipped.

If you'd like insurance or confirmation on an item, please let me know.

I'm happy to ship overseas as well, but again, tell me where so I can determine your shipping price!
Refunds and Exchanges
I make all of my items with extreme care, so there shouldn't be any issues.

This should not happen, but if for some reason there is an issue with something [a rivet falls out, a seam splits, or something that is very obviously wrong on my part], let me know so we can discuss it. I'll be happy to fix the item free of charge.

If the damage is done in shipping or on your end, I'll still fix it if I can, but it will likely be a small fee.

I won't do exchanges if you simply decided you want something else in my shop as opposed to the item you purchased. I list all of the information on my item under its listing, & you had plenty of time to ask additional questions. There may be exceptions on a case to case basis, but it's not a standard policy by any means.
Additional policies and FAQs
Everything I make is one of a kind, so getting an exact duplicate is probably not going to happen. If you would like a duplicate item or an item someone else bought before you got to it, talk to me. I can most likely recreate something similar [& perhaps more tailored to your liking!].
