For kits or glassware, I accept a return with full refund on the item only (not shipping) but the item must be returned within 72 hours after you receive it. You are also responsible for paying for the return shipping, USPS, Priority mail, which includes tracking. IMPORTANT NOTE!! If you do not ship the item back, with tracking, I will not guarantee a refund.

The item must not be altered, damaged or out of it's original condition (meaning it must be unused). A refund will be issued once I have the item back. Thank you and please email or contact me for more information or if you have questions.

If you have ordered a kit or piece of glass, it will generally ship USPS First Class Mail with Delivery Confirmation (Tracking). Once the item leaves the shop, I can't be responsible for it's arrival to you unless you choose to purchase insurance. Please contact me ahead of placing your order if you would like to purchase insurance for your shipment. I will ship USPS priority mail for multiple item orders that meet or exceed my priority mail pricing and fit in the box (otherwise, your order will be shipped USPS first class).

Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days of receiving the order & payment, unless for some reason we are experiencing a shipping delay (in which case an announcement will be posted on the shop front page).

Packages sent by regular 1st class mail from the US to an international destination can take anywhere from 10 to 30 days (or more) to arrive to your shipping destination. International buyers needing their orders expedited should contact me prior to placing their order. Priority Mail International (approx. $30-35) delivers within 6-10 days. Priority Mail Express International (approx. $60-70) delivers within 3-5 days.

Customs forms are marked "merchandise" and are pre-filled with the amounts and descriptions by the Etsy shipping system and I have no control over what gets checked. Duties and fees for international shipments are the responsibility of the buyer. Please do not ask for me to change the customs form (e.g., by marking it as a 'gift' or by declaring a value that is less than the total value of the order). I simply won't break the law and falsifying information on this form is a federal offense in the US. For more information, please visit the following links or consult your local customs office:
Additional policies and FAQs
In each of the tutorials/kits links, I used the basic format with some tweaks for my own shop with permission from Carol Dean Sharpe. Thanks Carol for getting me started. :)

Peyote kits include all the beads you need to complete the tutorial and a decent number of extra beads so you don't throw your back out chasing the one or two Delicas that skitter across the table never to be found again. However, it is important to note that I do have help building kits, so please, if for any reason you identify that you are short any beads, please give me a chance to send you more beads before you leave a poor review. I will ship out additional beads no later than the next Post Office business day.

I do not offer quantity discounts. Please do not ask for them.

I have a non-refundable custom creation fee of $45.00, which covers a minimal portion of the time devoted to creating your custom piece. This fee must be paid before the work begins.
After the pattern has been created, I will convo you a photo of the results. If you are still interested then it is an additional $10.00 to purchase. I don't ask the full $55 up front in case you no longer want to purchase. It's not possible to refund a portion of an Etsy sale, so this is why I list them separately.

Frequently asked questions
What is the easiest way to get started with the 2-drop patterns?

I am right handed, so I hold the piece w/my left hand and bead w/my right hand. I use the Word chart located after the graph. The graph is visually confusing to me, but the Word chart makes sense to me.

Each row starts with either a "L" or a "R" (for left or right) I ignore these. I set each row of beads out from right to left in the order they would be added. Reverse if left handed. I always bead with the tail thread with the stop bead up.

I never turn/flip the piece as that totally confuses me when I have to step away and then return. I hold it steady. I only lay out one row at a time and then pick up 2 beads at a time.

I finish a whole row before I stop and I place a checkmark next to the row when I have finished adding it.
