Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
If there is any problem in shipping or if you would like to return an item, you must contact me within one week of having received the item and we can work out a return or exchange. No returns or exchanges will be honored after one week of receipt of an item.
Payment
I prefer payment by Paypal, of course. But I will also accept a money order, which must be received before I can ship the item. Purchases with money orders will be canceled and the items re-listed for sale if the money order is not received within a week.
Shipping
I ship with UPS, taking the utmost care in packing all art work so that it will arrive safe and sound. Higher priced items will be shipped with insurance.

Please contact me for purchases outside of the contiguous United States so that I can properly figure out shipping costs.
