Thanks for the bookmarks Karen - the went down a storm for Christmas, and you were so kind and helpful in getting them all the way to London in time. Hope 2009 treats you well...

Thank you for taking a look at my shop! I hope that you have found something that you like, or have been inspired to request a custom order. Please feel free to contact me with any questions you may have.

KarenKrafts Kreations, if handled properly, should last forever. Handled properly means that they are not played with -- my dolls are not toys, but collector pieces. Items such as bookmarks and jewelry which are used on a more regular basis should also last for a long time. However, if any KarenKrafts Kreation breaks, I will fix it for free. You will be responsible for shipping costs back to me, but I will pay shipping costs back to you. Please send me a conversation if this turns out to be the case.

Accepted payment methods

  • Check
Returns and exchanges
All products, EXCEPT FOR CUSTOM ORDERS, are returnable and exchangeable within 10 days of package receipt.

Please convo me immediately to let me know why you wish to return or exchange the KarenKrafts product. Returned products must be received by KarenKrafts in perfect condition for a full refund to be given. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
Payments can be made either through PayPal or with a check. International orders (non US orders) may only be paid for through PayPal.

If you choose to pay through PayPal, and your payment is not made immediately, I will contact you via email and Etsy convos to let you know that the payment has not come through. If payment is not made within 2 business days of this email/convo, I will cancel the purchase through Etsy.

All checks must be received within one week of purchase. If payment is not received by then, I will contact you via email and Etsy convos to let you know that the payment has not come through. If you do not respond to this email within 2 business days, I will cancel the purchase through Etsy. All orders paid for with a check will be shipped to the buyer once the check has cleared in the bank. If a check bounces, it is the buyer's responsibility to pay all associated fees.
All orders (except custom orders) will be shipped within 1-3 business days of receipt of payment. All packages are sent First Class Mail through the United States Post Office (this means that there will not be a tracking number). If the shipment is domestic, it will be sent with Delivery Confirmation (the USPS does not do Delivery Confirmation for international shipments). This means that I will be able to check online to make sure the package has been delivered to you.

If you need a tracking number, or need your item more quickly, please include this in your "comment to seller." Please note that the USPS only tracks Express Mail packages. I will send you an updated invoice once I have the true shipping costs.

Custom orders will be shipped once they are completed. Completion time depends entirely on the item(s) being made, and will be negotiated when you contact me about said item.
Additional policies and FAQs
I am happy to take custom orders for all items. If you see something in my shop that you like, but would like it in a different color, please let me know. Keep in mind that needle-felted items are essentially one-of-a-kind, but I can always make something that is very similar (for example, a butterfly bookmark in a different color, or an elf ornament with different eye/hair/skin/hat colors). Items such as bookmarks and flower pots will look much more similar to each other than felted animals or people.
