I offer "payment plan" for goodies/combined orders of 50$ or more.
It's a 2 parts pp, and parts have to be more or less equal.
Buyers that backed off from pp previously cannot use this option again, sorry about that.

I'm wrapping all the goodies myself, and sometimes day is filled with mad painting, supply hunting or doll making, so please give it 1-3 days before I will ship your packet. (:

Due to the above, KarolinFelix has created a Privacy Policy, which defines how the customer's personal data and privacy is processed and protected after a customer makes a purchase from the KarolinFelix store.

By shopping on Etsy, you have authorized KarolinFelix to receive your name, e-mail address, telephone number, type of payment and shipping address. You may also choose to provide me with additional personal information if you contact me directly. Also, I might contact you about additional information, like phone number required for courier delivery company, but only if it's necessary for the third party service.

2. How I use this information and why I need it
I use your personal information to provide customer support and provide services related to your order and as necessary to improve my store and in compliance with Etsy's Seller Policy and Terms of Use.
Your information may also be used to settle payment disputes, shipping time or disputes within Etsy. If necessary, your information can be used in compliance with legal obligations such as a court order, legal claim, lawsuit, and tax law.

3. Information Sharing and Disclosure
Though limited, there are instances where I may share your information. See below for reasons and circumstances in which your personal information might be shared:
a) Your information may be shared with Etsy in compliance with Seller Policy and Terms of Use.
b) If you require a plagiarism report with your order, your name, store or website, and email address will be shared with a third-party provider to process this request.
c) In accordance with the law, I may retain and share your information if I am required to respond to legal proceedings or government requests or report fraud or other illegal activity.
d) Service providers. I engage certain trusted third parties to perform functions and provide services to my shop, such as delivery companies. I will share your personal information with these third parties, but only to the extent necessary to perform these services.

4. Data Retention
Your personal information is used by me for only as long as necessary to complete your order. However, under legal and regulatory obligations, your information is stored for up to 5 years.

5. Data Transfers Outside the EU
In the future, I may store your information using a third-party service. These sites may be located in other jurisdictions. In this instance, I will rely on Privacy Shield Framework. This will allow me to comply with data protection requirements as outlined by the by the U.S. Department of Commerce and European Commission. I will never use a hosting service that does not carry Privacy Shield Certification as the legal basis for the transfer.

You have rights afforded to you as a consumer. Certain territories, including the EU, afford you control of your private information and allow you to have a say in how your information is collected, used, retained, and disclosed. Below, you'll find a list of your rights:
