The invitation was absolutely perfect! Kasey was very quick to respond to questions and again with the finished product. I would recommend her to anyone looking for custom invitations/ work. Very pleased!

Design is my passion! I get to do what I love with Kasey Creative.

I have always LOVED designing the cutesy things - invitations, announcements, personalized things. I'm finally starting my own side business where I have the opportunity to do just that! I have been patiently working on templates and designs since late last year. I've even had a couple of customers. Now, I am ready to dive in head first!

I wouldn't be able to do this without the love and support from 1) my AMAZING husband, Ryan 2) my WONDERFUL Mom & brother 3) my GREAT friends! Your support and little words of encouragement have truly given me the confidence I need to start this.

If you are in need of a custom invitation, announcement or just need something for yourself, you've come to the right place.

I became a full time graphic designer after graduating from The University of Memphis in 2007 with a degree in graphic design. Since then I have learned so much and my passion for design has only grown stronger. I have come to love design projects for people and their events, whether it be a wedding or birthday celebration, or just a custom monogrammed notecard, I love it all. I truly enjoy making it personal and unique for that customer.

I take every order very seriously and my goal is customer satisfaction. I will do whatever I can to make your order unique and just how you want it.

Payment
• PayPal is my preferred method of payment, because it is safe and secure, and there is no need to create an account for using it.

• I will start working on your custom project once payment is completed.

• All digital files will be sent to you once the payment is completed.
Shipping
{DIGITAL FILES}
If you are ordering a digital file from Kasey Creative, you don't need to worry about shipping. After your proof is approved and paid for, a file (JPG or PDF) will be emailed to the email on your Etsy/PayPal account unless told differently. If the file is too large to be emailed, you will receive a link where you can go to download your file instead. If you have specific instructions for me (include bleeds, crop marks, etc) please tell me when ordering. If you do not tell me, I cannot be held responsible.

{PRINTED ORDERS}
If you are ordering printed cards from me, I will be shipping them to you unless you live nearby. Those will be mailed via USPS Standard Mailing. If you need your order quickly, please just let me know and I can send Priority Mail or Express Shipping. All shipped orders will be sent to your verified PayPal shipping address unless told differently.
Refunds and Exchanges
As stated above, I will do whatever I can to make your order unique and just the way you want it. Once an order is approved and I have your approval in writing (email), I cannot be held responsible for any mistake (quantities, sizes, typos, dates, names, locations, times, etc.), therefore no refund will be offered.

{DIGITAL FILES}
• If I have not started designing your custom order, you can be refunded in full.

• If I have started designing your custom order, you will pay for my time put into your order.


{PRINTED ORDERS}
• If I have not started designing your custom order, you can be refunded in full.

• If I have started designing your custom order, you will pay for my time put into your order.

• I will not take any responsibility for the losses or damage of material with Standard shipping. However, I can offer you a 50% discount on a second order.

• If your item is lost (wich does not appear as "delivered" or "attempt to delivered"), I will resent your order with Standard shipping.



{SUGGESTIONS}
• Colors don't always print the way they appear on your computer screen. I suggest you print your digital proof before approving so you know how your order will print.

• READ, READ, AND RE-READ your proof before approving.

• Please send high quality photos for orders including photos. If I think your order will not print well and the photo you supplied is not good quality, I will make you aware of that before printing or sending you your completed order.
Additional policies and FAQs
{ORDERS FROM PRE-MADE TEMPLATES}

- - THINGS TO INCLUDE WHEN PLACING YOUR ORDER - -
For digital or printed files, please include the following in "NOTES TO SELLER":
• What information needs to be changed
• Colors
• Fonts
• Size

If you are placing an order to be printed, you will need to purchase the design you want AND the quantity you wish to be printed. If you have any questions about this, simply send me a message. I can always make a custom listing just for you!

{AFTER I HAVE RECEIVED YOUR ORDER}
• Once you have placed and paid for your order, I will respond as quickly as I can with any questions I may have.
• I will email you a digital proof of your order within 1-3 days of purchasing.
• After your first proof has been sent to you, 1 additional edit is included in your price. If any other edits take place after that, you will be charged $10.00 per edit.
• Once your proof has been approved, I will email your final digital file or I will proceed to print your oder.

{CUSTOM ORDERS DESIGNED FROM SCRATCH}
• Once you have placed and paid for your custom order, I will need to be made aware of what you are in need of. I will send a small questionnaire to you to try and gather information about what it is you are needing.
• After I feel that I have a good idea of what you need, I will design 1- 2 concepts and send proofs to you within 5 days.
• Custom design are charged by the hour ($40.00/hour)
• After your first proof has been sent to you, 2 additional edits are included in your price. If any other edits take place after that, you will be charged $10.00 per edit.
• Once your proof has been approved, I will email your final digital file or I will proceed to print your oder.
