4 out of 5 starsFirst off the knives (2) themselves were messed up. One blade on one of them was all jacked up and the other blade on the other knife was messed up from the locking mechanism. What was the solution to these problems you may ask? A 10% off coupon for my next order. That’s just peachy. Luckily I was able to fix them before my dad’s Birthday and now they’re both fine. But the fact that virtually nothing was able to be done in terms of customer service is what is disappointing. In the end the knives are really cool and VERY sharp but just know that if you get bad knives, don’t expect a whole lot from the seller if you can’t fix them.
