About

A bit of me, a bit of you- stir to create something magical to bring a smile to your face.

My walls, my shelves , my every bit of space is crowded with faces, eyes, little people who fill my days. I have a burning desire to capture the beauty I see in people and animals everyday. When I experience someone or something that moves me I have to express it in my art. Opening a shop was the perfect solution for sharing my creations and myself. Nothing makes me happier than knowing my little creation is going to a home to be loved and cared for.
I was conceived in an artist's studio in Seattle while my mother modeled for pin-up calendars and I was born with a paint brush in my hand. I grew up in an catholic orphanage and bounced from foster home to foster home. As a child I found that people and pets slipped though my fingers like sand. Every year I attend a different school.I found that I could "keep" the people and experiences by turning them into art .
My art gave me that life line that enabled me to not only survive but to thrive and become the happy and whole woman I am today. I have my own big amazing family now and a husband who loves me and supports my art for forty, sunshiny, bright , wonderful years.
My art is full of stories, whimsy, adventures, fantasy and beauty. As am I.

I was conceived in a artist studio while my mother modeled for pin-up calendars , I drew primitive sketches in my Momma's womb walls and slid out ready to create art. I grew up in a catholic orphanage clinging to my art like a lifesaver. And it is.

International customers are responsible for all fees, taxes, and duties/custom charges associated with shipping to their respective countries. I am not responsible for breakage that occurs because of customs checks.

Consider a GIFT NOTIFICATION CARD saying you Commissioned a Gift
If the turnaround time is outside of your deadline window, please consider ordering a Gift Notification Card. This card notifies the recipient that you have commissioned them a one of a kind, custom piece of pottery in honor of their special occasion. I can then ship the finished pieces to either you or the recipient upon completion.

Please note that pottery can also be unpredictable, as my items are fired to over 2000 degrees. While it is rare, there are occasions where a piece doesn't make it, and has to be redone. (Mostly it's because I'm a perfectionist) I try to plan enough time for an occasional mishap, but please plan ahead and leave plenty of time when ordering.

Pottery is a long process involving drying time, assembly, and multiple firings. My turnaround for custom pieces is typically between 4 and 6 weeks.
