I want you to be 100% happy with your purchase and the quality. If you are not, I want to know! All items are eligible for refund or exchange.

|| T E R M S ||

+ Item(s) must be returned within 30 days of when you receive it (14 days for custom orders) and accompanied by all original packaging.

+ Items returned after 30 days will receive store credit.

+ Item(s) must be returned in original condition.

+ Please allow up to 3 business days, from the time I receive your return, to process your refund.

+ Certain custom orders such as initial stamped items or items requiring a special supply order are only eligible for a partial refund.

+ Original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the customer's responsibility.



|| D A M A G E / L O S S ||

+ I do my best to package items to ensure no damage during shipping. However, on rare occasion, damage may occur.

+ In case of damage, I ask that you return the item(s) in the original packaging. I will refund you the purchase price and original shipping fees or replace the item.

+ It is very rare that a package is lost in the mail. Please email me if this happens. If your package was insured, I will send a replacement free of charge.

+ If the item(s) you purchased does not meet your expectations, but you would like to choose another item from my shop, I will gladly exchange it and give you credit for the original purchase.

+ Items being returned for exchange must be returned with all original parts and packaging.

+ When I receive the item(s), I will send you a message with the amount of your credit and instructions on how to complete the exchange.

+ Either party may cancel the sale for any reason.

+ You must notify me within 24 hours of the sale if you wish to cancel.

+ If order has already been shipped, you must wait to receive it and then follow the return steps listed below.

+ Items not paid for within 24 hours will be automatically canceled and item(s) will be re listed.

+ A 6.0% sales tax will be added to all orders for Idaho residents.
Shipping
|| M E T H O D S ||

+ Please refer to the listing for each item's shipping times.

+ Shipping is via USPS. Please allow 3-7 business days from the time of shipment for delivery to United States addresses and up to 25 days for international addresses.

+ Shipping prices include the cost of postage and protective packaging.

+ Any customs fees, duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.



|| I N S U R A N C E .&. T R A C K I N G ||

+ Full tracking is available on all U.S. orders. A tracking number will be emailed to you when your package is shipped.

+ Limited tracking is available on all non-US orders. You will receive a label number when your order is shipped.

+ I require insurance on all international orders (non-US addresses). If your package gets lost or damaged I will send a replacement at no extra charge. There will be a 45 day waiting period from the time the item is shipped before a replacement or refund will be sent.

|| R E P A I R S .&. C L E A N I N G ||

I would be happy to clean and polish your jewelry any time, free of charge. If your jewelry breaks or any part comes loose, I will fix it! Repairs are free of charge within the first 6 months of purchase.

Just send me an email at info.kateandb [!at] gmail.com or message me through Etsy and I will let you know where to send it. You will be responsible for shipping costs.



|| J E W E L R Y - C A R E ||

+ As much as you love your jewelry, it should be the last thing you put on and the first thing you take off.

+ Do not wear your jewelry while showering, bathing, swimming or sleeping.

+ Lotions, perfumes and chemicals may damage the finish or create tarnish on your jewelry. Put jewelry on after any lotions or perfumes and remove jewelry when cleaning with detergents, solvents or other chemicals.

+ Wipe your jewelry frequently with a soft, lint free cloth.

+ Clean occasionally in a solution of warm water and mild soap. Rinse and dry well.

+ Store each piece of jewelry separate from each other to prevent scratches and tangling. Store in a sealed bag or container to inhibit tarnish.

I keep all your personal information private and do not share with any third-party. I will not send unsolicited email or messages not related to a transaction.
