We do offer wholesale on some items , it is 40% off retail with a minimum purchase of 500, turnaround time is 2-3 weeks , all wholesale orders ship via FedEx with a flat fee of $20.00. If you would like more information please message.
I see my order has shipped , why is it not tracking ?
Please allow USPS 24-48 hours for tracking numbers to update. If you see a longer delay it usually means we are waiting for a supply to come in , especially between the months of August to December, please convo us and we can give you an updated ship time.
My order says it will ship in 3-5 business days, is this estimate correct ?
Because of the high volume of orders we ship, all orders will ship in 5 business days unless otherwise agreed upon. Please count the weekend also , putting it at 7 days.
When should I order my seasonal items ?
All seasonal items should be ordered at least two weeks before you need them, count 5 business days for us, 5 for the post office and two for a weekend.
Can I cancel or return a wholeasale order ?
No, because we are already selling these items to you at a deeply discounted price, we do not accept cancellations or returns.
Please contact us for approval, as each order must be approved. Then we will give you a wholesale code. And you may place your order.
Custom and personalized orders
Please note , although we accept returns on custom , they are refunded at half the cost , since this item was specifically made for you the customer and not an item we carry regularly in the shop.
