Payment
PayPal is our preferred method of payment though we accept money orders and CC for your convenience.

PLEASE NOTE: If you are sending an "e-check" via Paypal, there is around a 5-10 day waiting period. Items are not created until payment is cleared.

Payments must be received and cleared before item is completed and shipped, thus this may cause your item to have extended shipping periods (if you are sending a money order or e-check).
Shipping
All orders of "Finished Products" will be shipped within 3-5 business days

All items "Made to Order" will be shipped First Class Mail (with insurance) within 1-2 weeks AFTER your purchase...this time frame may increase or decrease depending on the season and/or current order load-->if you are in need of your item sooner, please send me a private message to discuss expedited shipping.

Please be sure the shipping address of where you would like the item shipped is correct on your account (orders will not be shipped to addresses other than on your account)

International shipping may incur additional customs charges at the time of delivery. Buyers are required to pay such fees as sellers have no way of determining which pkgs will incur fees.

Priority and Express shipping may be added for an additional amount (at your request) before product is shipped.

Refunds and Exchanges
We would be happy to discuss concerns or questions regarding your purchase via email or Etsy convo. to sort out any product damage issues "Once you have RECEIVED your item." Please allow more time to receive your item(s) during holiday seasons and for international destinations.

If an item arrives damaged a photo of the damaged item is required to receive a refund.

No refunds (with the exception of items "delivered" damaged). If you would like to receive a new item if you received damaged goods, we will gladly ship another with no additional shipping charges.

In the case that you do not receive your item (as a mistake on behalf of the postal service) you will be issued a full refund or store credit in the amount of your purchased item. Refunds can take as long as 30+ days to process, due to processing on behalf of USPS.

Case by case, we will offer a store credit of 10% towards another purchase.
Additional policies and FAQs
All custom mobiles will, at minimum, increase by $5.00 from the average mobile price in the shop. This will exclude custom mobiles that are merely rearranged in color order or are created by materials I already have in stock.

If you are in need of an extension for your mobile (ie: for higher ceiling measurements) I will gladly extend your mobile--however, if it is a finished product it will be treated as "made to order." There can be an additional fee for mobile extensions, as well.

Also, if you decide to add (and not replace) colors to your mobile, there will be additional costs for those custom orders

DAMAGED ITEMS...if your item is received damaged we will gladly pay for shipping costs to return and re-ship your new item if we are notified within 1 full week (7 days) of your delivered package. After two weeks shipping costs will no longer be provided (for return shipping nor re-sending shipping), however, your item will still be replaced at no cost.

**Please note, all RESERVED listings will be removed after 30 days if item is not purchased within that time frame**
