REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
I work very hard to ensure all my products are high quality and that descriptions and pictures are accurate and complete. All sales are final, however if you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact me. I care! Refunds are considered on an individual basis and the item must be unused. If a return is arranged for an item I will refund purchase price minus shipping costs.

PAYPAL
Please pay via PayPal at the time of purchase. I will cancel transactions after two days if payment has not been received. But I'm not a meany. I will try to contact you first in case you just forgot!

CREDIT/DEBIT CARD
If you would like to pay with a credit or debit card, choose the PayPal option in checkout. PayPal is a third party credit card processor that keeps all of your transaction information secure. You do *not* need a PayPal account to use PayPal. If you need assistance with this process, please contact me and I will be happy to help.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING
I will ship your order via USPS usually within two business days of receiving payment. I try to get orders out the door as soon as I can!

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Along with several countries I also list a standard "Everywhere Else" listing that I base on shipping to a mailing zone far away from me. If the shipping price turns out to be significantly less to ship to your destination I will refund the difference via PayPal. International customers are expected to be aware of and pay all customs fees, taxes, tariffs, duties, etc. that may occur at the time of delivery.

COMBINED SHIPPING
You know what? It's kind of hard to estimate the cost of shipping multiple items without knowing what those items are going to be, so if the actual shipping cost for multiple items turns out to be more than a dollar or two less than the estimated shipping costs I will refund the difference.

UPGRADES
Upgrades to USPS Priority and Express are available for all orders. Please contact me for a quote.

INSURANCE
Insurance is strongly recommended, especially for items over $50. Please contact me if you wish to purchase insurance on any item and I will send you a revised invoice. Insurance is free on purchases over $100 within Canada and the US. I do not assume responsibility for items lost or damaged by the carrier, but will work to resolve any mailing difficulties within my means.

STUFFING (No, not turkey)
I do my best to package items appropriately and safely. Some items will be stuffed with shredded and CLEAN junk mail (not that newspapery stuff where the ink comes off on your fingers) in order to be kind to the environment.

CUSTOM ORDERS
Yes, I take custom orders! Feel free to contact me with questions or requests. I'm nice and I don't bite.

HANDMADE
All pieces are created by hand so no two items are identical. Which is pretty cool! Pattern placement on fabrics may vary somewhat from the picture shown.

GIFTS
If your purchase is a gift let me know and I'll try to package it up real nice and include a note from you.

MEOW
I work out of my studio in my home. It is smoke-free but pet-friendly. If you have allergies please contact me for details.

ICE CREAM
My favorite flavor is mint chocolate chip. Yum.
