About

Fiber Artist

Hi there and thanks for stopping by!
I'm a huge fan of any DIYs but anything that has yarn in it - is my biggest passion!

I learnt to knit as I was 7 yo. I still remember that first purple scarf I made :) Then later on in school I learnt how to crochet - and that was my second love for years!
About 4 years ago I tried to spin yarn myself and after that I decided to try weaving as well.
As for now I really like weaving and hope to dig into it to better understand all the aspects. A lot of ideas are still in my head (or at least on a paper), but I hope to make them real as soon as possible.

I really think that if you do something for others - you should know everything about it. As a knitter and weaver I love to know a lot about different types of yarn, their properties and abilities.
I prefer to work with natural fibers such as merino wool, silk, cotton, linen etc.

Frequently asked questions

Care instructions

Most of my items are made with wool. Wool is a natural fiber that requests gentle care. I recommend handwash (more like a soaking) for all of my wool items. Dry flat (in case of shawls - blocking is better).
