Hi Everyone, my name is Kate. I would like to Welcome and Thank you for looking at my store. I love to make handmade cards and scrapbook layouts. If you are looking for something more customized, please let me know and I will be more than happy to work on that for you, just convo me.

All of my work is one of a kind, made in a smoke free, pet free environment

Returns and exchanges

I want all my customers to be 100% satisfied with their order. Due to the fact that my cards, layout, etc are handmade, all sales are final unless they arrive damaged with insurance.

I do my best to photograph each item, but pieces will vary slightly each time, as everything is made by hand.

Please let me know RIGHT AWAY upon receipt of your item if it is damaged.

Payment

Payments is accepted at the time of purchase, using Paypal. You don't have to have a paypal account, but this is the most secure place for you to make your payments using Visa, Mastercard, etc.

Shipping

I will ship your items in a well packaged manner to be sure they arrive to you in excellent condition. I will ship first class mail, usually in 3-5 business days, but if you would like to upgrade, please let me know. I ship everything with a delivery confirmation for tracking purposes.

I cannot be responsible for lost or damaged packages, unless you contact me before the sale to add insurance to your order.
