I accept credit cards directly through Etsy and PayPal. Additionally, for domestic (US) customers/orders only, I also accept postal money orders. All payments must clear before order will be shipped. If you are paying with a PayPal e-check (as opposed to credit card or instant payment), please be advised that it could take up to eight business days before your item is shipped-- five business days (on average) for the e-check to clear, and my shop's three business day turnaround time. Custom orders will take even longer, please contact me for details. If you would like to pay for an item in a way that is not listed, please convo me and I'll try my best to make special arrangements for you, but nothing other than the above payment methods are guaranteed. I reserve the right to cancel any and all transactions/payments from someone whom I suspect is trying to perpetrate a scam.
Shipping is calculated and listed approximately on my items based on USPS Online Shipping Calculator and past experience. Shipping prices listed are for USPS First Class Mail (if shipping weight is less than 13oz), USPS Parcel Post (if shipping weight is above 13 oz), or USPS First Class International (all shipping outside of the US). If an order will fit into a flat rate box for a cost that is less than or only nominally above the paid shipping charges, an upgrade will be given for the same price. A handling charge, usually no more than $1 USD, is included in all shipping to offset the cost of packaging materials.

If the materials and postage costs on an item turn out to be higher than what you have paid, I will (of course) never ask you to pay the difference. If for whatever reason they are lower that what you have paid, a refund for the difference will be issued via PayPal.

Delivery confirmation is included for all domestic (US) orders. Signature confirmation is included for all domestic (US) orders that total $50 or more (before shipping). USPS shipping insurance is NOT included in the listed cost of shipping. If you would like any of these or other shipping services with your order and they are not already included, please convo me prior to purchase/payment so I can quote you a revised shipping cost.

Orders usually ship inside bubble or padded mailers (eco friendly when available) with individual items wrapped in tissue or newsprint. Orders including larger items, items that cannot lay flat, or items that would not be adequately protected by a bubble mailer will be shipped in cardboard boxes with recycled/reused foam packing peanuts, newspaper, or bubble wrap filling any negative space. If you are in any way concerned that either of the aforementioned packaging methods will not adequately protect your order, you can always request special packaging arrangements, though depending on what you request you may be subject to an additional fee.

Orders consisting of entirely ready-made items will ship within three days of cleared payment, though usually less. Orders containing custom or made-to-order items are subject to an additional turn around time that is specified in the listing for the made-to-order item (or, in the case of special requests and custom orders, has been mutually agreed upon prior to the placement of the order).
Refunds and Exchanges
If you would like to return an order, either partially or in full, you must initiate contact either through Etsy conversation or e-mail within 7 DAYS of order receipt indicating your desire for a refund. Please understand that unless unusual circumstances apply (more information below), you will not be refunded the original cost of shipping, nor will you be reimbursed the cost of return shipping. Once the item(s) have arrived safely a refund for the purchase price will be issued. Refunds will not, under any circumstances, be issued for items that have had their tags/original packaging removed or that have already been worn or used in any way.

Requests to refund the cost of original shipping and/or reimburse the cost of return shipping are considered on a case by case basis and offered only if there is a noticeable flaw in the item that has grossly and obviously been misrepresented in my listing. If you believe that this is the case, again, please contact me with your concerns within 7 DAYS of order receipt, and include in your message whether you would like to request a full refund (alternatively, you can opt to keep the item at a discount to be discussed and mutually agreed upon).

I know what it is like to be dissatisfied and feel like no one is listening to your concerns, and it has always been a goal of mine in operating this business is to provide more personal service to my customers, so please do not hesitate to contact me to voice your concerns if you are dissatisfied with a purchase. However, that being said, I do not respond kindly to "scammers" and any attempts to defraud or otherwise engage in illegal activity will be taken swiftly to the appropriate authorities.

If you believe your order to be lost, please contact me.

If you receive your order and the packaging appears damaged, or you suspect for any other reason that the contents will be damaged:
1. If at all possible, take it to the post office and open it in front of a postal worker who can serve as witness.
2. Contact me and attach photos of the damage to your message.

Situations where orders have been lost or damaged are handled on a case by case basis, though I can assure you that my first priority is always that you, the customer, are satisfied. Typically very little action will be required on your part, however in certain circumstances you may be required to cooperate with an insurance claim or an investigation of mail theft.

Exchanges will be allowed for all purchases still in new condition (not worn or otherwise used in any way, all tags/original packaging still attached) within 28 DAYS of order receipt. Again, buyer is responsible for return shipping and original shipping will not be refunded. Please contact me within the aforementioned time frame indicating your desire to exchange item(s) in order to begin the process.
